Worst Customer Service. Too much misinformation. Bad Experience.
My respond to your feedback. Customer service staffs are nice. My disappointment lies with on how they give different responses is like everytime I talk to someone I was being mislead. Just 1 client handle the case to lessen the miscommunication.

I had 5 star for this IAA until the loader drivers decided to show their power and grab the paper from me and make me wait more than 1h45minutes please look in to this and maybe I will change my mind on the rating. Thanks
