Was in a few weeks back. Service was fairly quick even though it was very busy. There was hot coffee for the waiting customers and comfortable seating. Best experience I’ve ever had here. Andrew was great, I would recommend to give him a call for any tire or mechanical needs.

Three hours to wait on a flat repair. Only one man doing heavy truck. Worst Kaltire i have been too. Watched so many technics come out bullshit with the tire guy then go back in.
Kaltire use to be the tire shop to go too. Not anymore. Don't recommend this shop to fix a wheelbarrow tire.

Yesterday, my car tire is flat..so I went one person is very rude on me..he explains nicely but he beavier like very rude.morning time
I suggest Do not go this location. Some reviews are telling rude beavier about front counter.
I request Ceo of kaltire change your manager this location. Every time they are use bad words.

I’ve been a long time customer of this store and it’s just not the same as it once was. The work done on mine and my families vehicles has always been great and done in a timely manner. Today I witnessed one employee Desiree treating a customer horribly over the phone, raising her voice and yelling at them then turn to the employee next to her and continue to yell at her while shaking keys in her direction. This was very unprofessional and disturbing to see. In the spring I had a not so great experience with this same employee myself as she is very rude. This store has lost my business, I will not be returning and will suggest all my family and friends to go elsewhere in the future.

I went in asking for a quote on a specific tire. It was back ordered, but the person at the front desk had found a set in eastern Canada, they looked into the tires availability and called me the next day. The tires came in when quoted and they fit me in for my tire replacement and alignment the next day. They quoted me about 90 minutes for the services to be completed. About half way through came to confirm brake width and the tread depth of my winter tires. And to confirm my car will be done soon. They competed all the work in just over an hour. The print out of the alignment was included to me. All services came in at the quoted price. Everyone I dealt with were super friendly.

Kal Tire in Acheson is fantastic!! I had 2 flat tires and they took me right in and fixed them.
