Went to roof mart to order stuff to redo my garage roof. I told them I don’t know what all I needed to do the roof. They made up an estimate for “everything I’d need”. Man were they wrong. They got me the wrong size screw, damaged tin, and no tape to seal the roof.
When we called about this we got no help and got told to “sell the stuff we can’t use on market place”. There customer service sucked! We had to eat the difference on the cost of the screws and they wanted us to drive to red deer and pay for the new screws and tape.
If you are looking at doing a tin roof go to ufa where they actually help you and will work with you.

I walked into Roof Mart in Atcheson Park looking for a solution to help a client stop a flat torch-on roof from leaking — and instead of the usual “yeah, it’s over there somewhere,” I got someone who actually cares about what they do.
Michelle took the time to explain product choices, installation details, and a few pro tips that only come from years of experience. That kind of practical, real-world knowledge is rare — especially from the sales counter. You can tell she’s been in the game a while and takes pride in getting it right.
Roof Mart also carries a solid lineup of products that actually meet the needs of commercial contractors — not just homeowner-grade materials with fancy labels. When you combine that kind of product base with knowledgeable people like Michelle, you end up with a supplier that makes our jobs a whole lot easier.
As a professional contractor, I rely on suppliers who know their products and understand that helping us means helping the client. Michelle does exactly that. She doesn’t just sell — she supports, she educates, and she makes life easier for the people out in the field getting the work done.

We had roofmart deliver our shingles. They damaged our property and now have their insurance threatening me to pay for it myself. Do not use this company as they do not back their work.
Update- 2 months later I've completely been ghosted by roofmart. Insurance company still sending me threatening emails. Roofmart is a complete joke. Do not deal with these crooks.

I purchased roofing material from here and the customer service was outstanding. I had specific needs and the staff were very patient and accommodating. There was a little hiccup while loading the material but the staff were very quick to sort it out and make it right. Very positive experience and I will definitely do business here in the future.

I've been here twice, and the first experience last year wasn't great but dropped by a couple of days ago, and the lady behind the counter was a huge help! Will be back with my wife to finalize the color of siding and other details!
