Shipping office where blue dot in picture
Refer load can park where red dot you can park in middle of lane and go check in there is no parking lanes so don’t worry about parking in middle and dry load can park where green mark and go to check in office
There is no overnight parking but there is Husky/Esso gas station nearby with lot of parking

I was there at 7:45 , got a door at 10:45 , one hour later they started with unloading 14 pallets, now it's 12:00, and I have still a red light. What the hell is going on there? Costco needs 40 minutes for unloading a full truckload. Next load order I will refuse.

Their driver runs a red light every morning and almost hit me today at 6:04 am at 100ave and 111 street in edmonton. It is now Sept 23 at 6 13 am your driver ran the red light at the same location again.

Worst experience ever in my trucking career. Even not willing to rate a single star. Shipping/Recieving staff is okay but not good. Other than this everyone else doesn’t know how to talk with truckers. Especially the morning shunter-old guy, he is so rude.
I had a pickup at 5:30 am was planned to pickup a loaded trailer. They loaded it at 8’o clock and then they ruthlessly saying to leave their yard.
“Get out of here immediately”
We as a truckers have to do routine inspections, but who cares…..
Not even a single sign to show entrance route as well as exit route.
I don’t even know after all these bad reviews , how the management is not firing the morning shunter.
I wished there was negative star rating options.

That (old guy) shunter is damn rude with everyone, i dunno why he’s still working there after multiple drivers made complaints against him. There is no signs at all where to park. When i was backing up in MT parking spot to get checked in, outta blue he showed up and parked his shunt truck in that spot instead of come to my window to give me directions where to park. There were 99% chances of an accident. And when I’ve asked him where to park, he honked at me so i honked at him back for a long. I’ve complained to their supervisor i hope she will take concrete step against him. If you’re frustrate with your job please quit. Truckin Moron.

Such a poor service. Hopeless weird n rude staff. My appointment was at 5.30am I reached thr 3am they told me can’t park 2 hour go back n come in after 5am. Again I went thr 5 am. N they offloaded me 11.30 . 7 hours waiting. Shame on your service. You people should respect also drivers time.

Shunter driver old age morning time very rude to all delivery driver and he is very discrimination and racist person toward other community.dear there rare to many nagative reviews towards shunting driver but management takes no action against shunt driver looks like they are also involved in racist otherwise they shoud take action against shunt driver not just sending same email to all reviews
