We knew what we wanted before heading down to Airdrie Honda. Nadiia was fantastic to deal with, from our initial phone call to meeting her in-person. She had the car ready for a test drive upon our arrival and had great info/details to share with us. Our purchase was straightforward and Igal in finance was a great resource to help complete the transaction. Our time with Airdrie Honda, from phone call-to test drive-to payment was about 2hrs! We took it home the next evening and we are very happy with our experience and purchase. :)

Review – Airdrie Honda
I recently purchased a car from Airdrie Honda and unfortunately had a bad experience. The process was not smooth, and there were issues with communication and transparency during the purchase. Some information about costs and payments was confusing, and I did not feel properly supported after the sale.
Buying a car should be an exciting and stress-free experience, but mine was frustrating and disappointing. I recommend future buyers double-check all paperwork, fees, and agreements before finalizing anything.
I hope the dealership improves its customer service and communication so other customers can have a better experience.
2nd.
I had a disappointing experience dealing with Eric at Airdrie Honda. During our conversation, I felt uncomfortable because he tried to put words in my mouth and misrepresent what I was saying. Instead of listening carefully to my concerns, the discussion felt pressured and confusing. As a customer, I expect clear communication, honesty, and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and focuses more on understanding customers rather than pushing their own narrative.
To be honest with Eric, he is lying to me. The car they listed on the website for $18890 was in the bill of sale for $21890.00, so my advice to whoever reads this review is to be careful of this dealership.

Ajay was fantastic to deal with. Im a pretty fussy customer, and he was patient, and had a genuine intrest in finding me the right car over making a sale. Would reccommend!

Not a good experience at all. It’s better to see the sales people’s face on the website before going. They just introduce their managers on the site, not sales people! Had a bad experience! What a waste of time !

Excellent experience
Honda salesmen are generally professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. They often take time to explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly without high-pressure tactics. Many customers find them friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the buying process. Overall, Honda sales staff tend to create a comfortable experience and build trust with buyers.

It saddens me to have to write this review as I very much do like this dealership and some of the team members at this establishment. I have purchased 2 trucks from this dealership, 2010 Honda Ridgeline back in 2020 before this dealership became a go auto, and a 2025 Honda Ridgeline just in the summer. Both purchases were amazing experiences and I have great respect for Pete who was my sales man for the 2025 Ridgeline.
Unfortunately this establishment has been given me a large amount of trouble with purchasing a vehicle for my partner who needs a car to get to work. They refuse to negotiate at all on vehicles claiming they are at the lowest they can go now, and now twice I have had sales men trying to take my credit card for no reason.
Huge lesson for anyone who does not know, never hand over your credit card. Not even when you are purchasing, it’s disgusting that they even ask and persist to ask for it after declining.
I would not recommend this dealership if you are wanting to purchase used. I would recommend buying new though as they are less hostile and more reasonable when negotiating.
I hope your read this go Honda Airdrie, and show some respect to your customers and talking to your sales people about this credit card scam that seems to be happening.

Went there Saturday afternoon to look at a rebuilt 2020 blue civic they had looked at our trade and gave us a good deal on paper. Went home to think about it called on Monday morning to buy the car and went told deal was off. There word means nothing [even if in writing ]wont be back will fine someone who keeps there word and stands by that
