I recently visited the Bell store at 2797 Main St S in Airdrie to discuss a new plan, and I couldn't be more impressed. Navi, Brisk, and Ali went above and beyond to get me set up with a great plan that perfectly suited my needs.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Navi greeted me with genuine warmth and took time to understand my usage habits and priorities. Brisk was incredibly knowledgeable about plan options and helped me compare features clearly and confidently. Ali was thoughtful in explaining all the charges, credits, and any promotional details—I felt fully informed at every step.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the warm welcome to the spotless, organized store, the customer service was top notch. They took the time to explain all my plan and device options, helped me choose what best fit my needs, and made sure my new phone was fully set up before I left including transferring all my data. Huge thanks to the manager and team for the exceptional service. Highly recommend!

They couldn't even let me use wifi. To switch my phone. Storage n data over ? What does it come out of your pocket ? U can't let a customer use it ? After they buy a 1900 $ phone ? Airdrie. Location. Sucks. Have a little customer appreciation

The worst Bell location I've ever been there. The guy who worked there tried to scam $40 when I wanted to return my leased phones simply because I hadn't get my new plan with them. I refused to pay and then I went to another Bell location in Calgary and easily returned my phones with no questions or money request.
Avoid these store.

I went in to replace my current phone and transfer my existing phone to my daughter. A young lady named Nour was able to help us out and was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and fast at what she does. She made a visit I was originally stressing about a very easy and pleasant experience.

This store apparently isn't affiliated with Bell, so anything they direct you to do over the phone they are unwilling or unable to help you with. What's the point of even going here then. Waste of time.

I spoke with Bell on the phone and they said I could go into any Bell store to collect a SIM card for a device we connected over the phone, but your team at this store said you aren't a bell store, and that you're just a reseller, and to be helped I would have to drive to a proper Bell store in Calgary. Nice attempt trying to blame me for your teams poor service though.

Every time I have any issue from technical difficulties to a simple question about my plan, Navvie and his team are great to deal with. They all go over and above to help me.
10 out of 10 recommended.

They will sign you up, double charge you for fees a d services and they lie to you when they say they can help you. Avoid at all costs. I'd give them zero starsif I could.

Best Bell store. Sylvia the owner, set me up with the Manager Navi as I am a repeat customer. Navi went to the highest level today to upgrade our two Cell Phones and get us educated. Great Store with great staff.

On Feb.14/25 I went to the Bell Store on Main St. South in Airdrie Alberta. My phone quit working the day before. Replacing it was a top priority as I was having surgery within a week.
I have been a Bell customer for over 20 years, however my last experience 2 years ago with the same location was not a positive one! I promised myself that I would never deal with this location again! Due to time constraints I had no choice but to return to this Bell as it was the closest one to me!
From the moment that I walked in, I was met by Bell Representative “Brisk.” He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and acted with great professionalism! He helped me choose a new phone that worked with my needs and budget.
Brisk helped to restore my faith in that particular location by providing excellent customer service! He is definitely an asset to Bell Mobility!
