I have been shopping at Bone & Biscuit for several months exclusively. I get all our N&D pet food, all treats & toys, you name it.
I recently bought a floating stick that I paid over $20 for but it doesn't float & sunk to the bottom in a flash. My son managed to dive for it, so we immediately put it together with the packaging we had just taken off it.
I went today to return or exchange it foe something else and was given a flat out NO.
I'll take my business elsewhere. Off to Pet Valu now to buy my 12kg of food.

Selection is excellent. Caters to so many varieties of dietary requirements. Frozen section is impressive. Treats are impeccable. The staff is the real treat however. They are helpful and friendly. It’s a lovey, relaxed, pet friendly environment. Thank you for the suggestion of Kangaroo tail. They were an enormous hit.

Mandy and the team are amazing, always very patience and their service is amazing. The dogs also get to roam free once they are done being groomed instead of being placed in kennels.
