Woman working at the front till at 11:15am and Tuesday, August 27th was an amazing help. I didn't quite catch her name but she went above and beyond to help me find some sugar free options. She also offered a cart when I was struggling and found a bunch of stuff I was looking for. Excellent service :)
She also let me know about a promo, so I will be back soon. Best bulk burn experience I've had, and I've been to quite a few.

Selection good but went in 8:19pm started down the 1st isle to have manager? Tell me they were closing in 5mins. I was going quick, went to go down another isle and this same gal w stern unfriendly face was blocking the isle and said they were now closed. She eventually moved. I've worked in customer service for decades and when there is a paying customer (my hands were full) you wait for them to finish. There were 4 staff on, not all had to stay but wow! I wasn't taking my time either, was rushing by this point. Rude

First time to the bulk barn. Wow, I was Impressed! Awesome selection, friendly and helpful staff, store was tidy. Fabulous selection of baking pans, cookie cutters and colored sugar. I will be back!!

Enjoyable Family Outing with Promising Selection⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5I had a really pleasant experience visiting Bulk Barn in Airdrie with my kids just 3 days ago. Although we didn't end up purchasing anything, the store had a vast and diverse selection of products that definitely caught our eye. The layout of the store was well-organized and visually appealing, which made browsing enjoyable for the whole family.The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were more than happy to answer any questions we had during our visit. It was also nice to see how they maintained a clean and tidy environment throughout the store.My children were fascinated by the variety of colorful items on display and had a great time exploring the different aisles. They were particularly drawn to the candy and snack sections, and we'll surely be back soon for some treats!Overall, our visit to Bulk Barn in Airdrie was a delightful experience, and I'm eager to return for some shopping in the near future. If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend stopping by for a visit – it's a great spot for family outings and stocking up on pantry essentials.
