Absolutely one of the worst coop gas bar I’ve ever been to. Horrible staff, managers are super lazy. Got a bunch of kids running the place who don’t know how to do their jobs. I’ve tried to fill up propane 5 different times and they alway have an excuse. Half the time there’s not even a manager there and the kids working don’t even know what Auto Propane is.

Touches wash does a pretty bad job. Not worth the $17 for the extreme anymore. Take your time at a wand wash and you will get better results worth $17 with wax.

Touchless Car wash: Quality of wash has deteriorated over time in last 2 years. Not enough soap as it used to be to cover car surface . Car is never clean after wash. My Car has panorama roof, so can see entire moment of soap and water). Spray nozzle don't even cover entire width of car. A foot in the centre remains without soap or direct water. On previous occasions, reported in shop, asked for refund once, happily refunded but no willingness to fix things. If this feedback means anything, I would expect car wash Quality to improve and a respect for business the community brings to this car wash and gas bar.
May 27, 2025: Bought extreme wash coupon. same problem with nozzles misaligned or choked. Covered one feet from either side of car, left 3 feet of car from middle without soap and wash. Customer service guys gave another coupon but have no knowledge of how to report issue. Don’t know when to try again. Please develop a system to report issues and communicate when they are fixed. Thanks

I was only 5 cents off for a pepsi because I did not know they went up in price. Theres an old lady there who is actually so rude she said I did not have enough and just dropped my change on the counter and did not hand it too me some fell on the ground. You know how embarrassing that is??? Then my friend who was with me had some change in his credit card 30 cents he's ik we broke. But when he handed her my change and said he would pay the rest on card she said it was ok WOW OK. Atleasti got the pepsi

Terrible service. Came for propane and was told there was a delivery so I would have to wait 5min. After waiting for 10 and another customer having arrived I went back inside and was told that it was still going to be awhile and it would be best if I went elsewhere. Asked if there was a manager and was told that those were the managers instructions. Will not return to this location.

No cream or milk for their coffee or tea. Cars having to do their own full serve while the 2 workers stand inside an empty store chatting. Not good service at all

Used full service today because, winter.Marina was our attendant and was super friendly and great at her job.I wanted to tip her because it is freezing cold and she said she is not allowed to take tips. Because I can’t tip her, you give her a raise!

Wow this place is so clean and lovely I couldn't help but complement them on it when I was paying for my purchases. Well worth a stop and really easy to get back on the highway.

I’m assuming this must be the newest location in airdrie cause everything looks more modern than the older co op gas bars. Great staff. I got in a pinch and lost my code while going for a car wash and they resolved everything before the other car had finished his wash. Thnx again??
