DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS UNLESS YOU WANT MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE THEN WHAT IT GOES IN FOR… yes that is absolutely correct. The good reviews here are a joke.
The lack of customer service, professionalism and quality of work is absurd. As a licensed mechanic myself, if they did this to ME, what would they do to YOU?!?!??!
Both Jim’s that work here are arrogant and one is the so called “GM” and Jennifer the receptionist is useless. You will never get updates on your vehicle until you call in and ask for one or you escalate issues with your insurance and corporate forcing them to actually do their jobs. This is my second time having my vehicle repaired at CSN, first was in Toronto, second here in Airdrie, Alberta and I will never return to CSN. Both experiences were terrible. As a so called “preferred vendor” I hope they are removed from all insurance companies as preferred. I had gotten their corporate office involved and they came to retrain their entire office. Just shows you the lack of quality and customer service this whole office has.
My coworker reversed into my car while parking. Minor damage. My 3M needed to be replaced, my bumper needed to be replaced and both grills needed replacing. When going for an estimate the Jim who works in the shop tried to cut corners telling me I only needed a grill and he wanted to remove the 3M and replace it. I disagreed and requested it for it to be completely replaced knowing that if someone reversed into me then they penetrated the 3M and it’s not going to protect my vehicle the way it is intended to do so. After arguing with him, he finally decided to replace it but will see if “my insurance approves it” but as a mechanic myself I know insurance will approve something that was damage during a collision… which they did.
After my vehicle was apparently ready, they tried to tell me I had to pay my deductible because they failed to communicate with my insurance company to confirm I’m not at fault. And then picking up my vehicle was a nightmare. Each time I went to pick up my vehicle, not only did I find poor quality repairs; my bumper is missing clips, but they also scratched and damaged my car several times. On top of this, every time they repaired scratches, they then scratched my vehicle in other spots. I was furious, advised Jim Walker the lazy GM that I am not taking this car until repaired properly and also asked who inspects the vehicle before the customer gets it and he said himself, but he is in corporate clothes - word for word what he said. Didn’t realize corporate clothes was a tshirt and khakis but hey 🤷🏼♀️ I also had to request for him to give me proper updates when he replied do you want your updates by the hour? By every 30 mins? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? … this is their general manager mind you.
They installed my new 3M over a bumper that is damaged from the collision. They painted the bumper the wrong colour. They installed 3M with it bubbling again. I could write a book on this….
I believe my photos speak for themselves. I would love to see him comment on this post trying to justify himself. The technicians are lazy, the general manager has no customer service skills or ability to do his job and neither does the receptionist. There is so much more that could be said but I will be looking into further action due to the negligence this repair shop shows its customers

I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from Sean at CNS Collision / Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie this morning. My sunroof unexpectedly exploded while driving from Medicine Hat, leaving me in a challenging and urgent situation, especially with the freezing fog and snow. I needed a secure emergency crash wrap to ensure my safety and make the three-hour drive back home.
Sean went above and beyond—he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my situation. He took the time to make sure the wrap was done properly, giving me peace of mind for the long trip ahead. His expertise and willingness to help on short notice made all the difference.
If you're ever in need of top-notch service and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Sean and CNS Collision. Thank you for the outstanding support!

Best Body Shop experience I’ve ever had! They provided a timely quote, answered all my questions, booked me in and got me out on time. They even looked after getting my rental car back and detailed my vehicle. Grade A service! Jim and Marci made the whole process a breeze!

Took my Rav4 that had a trunk issue to get it fixed. My Toyota dealer that assessed the issue charged me 100 bucks and asked me to take to a body shop suggesting to replace a few things.Jim at the front desk took a look at it, found the issue in under 2 minutes and fixed the issue. I was out of there in under 10 minutes. On top of all that, they didn't charge a single penny as it was very quick fix. We live in times where dealerships are ripping people off and we have to protect people/mechanics like Jim at all costs.I have found my trusted autobody shop in Airdrie. I would highly recommend CSN Collision in Airdrie to anyone looking to do any type of body work or collision repair. Thank again for your honestly and keep up the great work!Service: Body & Trim

I was rear-ended on Deerfoot mid-April and took my car to one of my insurance company's "preferred" repair shops. This other shop left me hanging (to this day, I'm still waiting for them to call me about the parts that are "being built" to fix my car). After waiting well over a month and having zero communication, my insurance broker suggested Cam Clark (another authorized shop). I booked an appointment quite quickly, had them look at the damage and they had my parts in stock in less than 3 weeks - repair was done almost immediately after parts arrived. Communication with Marci was excellent, service was prompt and courteous and repairs done to an excellent standard (car looks brand new). The thing I appreciated the most was Marci's honesty and excellent communication. She didn't promise me the world - she offered to do the best that she could, which was all I could ask for. My car was estimated to take 7-8 days (including weekends) to repair and it was done on day 7 and returned to me fully detailed, inside and out. I would not hesitate to visit Marci and the team again in the future (although I hope I don't have a need to!)PS - I forgot to mention that they also touched up a couple spots on my car that had scratches... at no charge :)Services: Painting

please be aware of this service department at cam clark ford in airdrie. first, i booked online for an oil change for my wifes 3.5l v6 suv. their "special" was for a premium oil change service that included tire rotation, starting at $89.95. i expected to pay a little more because of synthetic oil (although i believe most vehicles these days are all synthetic). when i dropped it off they asked if i wanted the tire rotation because the basic oil change (without tire rotation) was $20 less. i opted for the basic and passed on the rotation. about an hour later, i went to get the keys and pay the bill. they charged me $165 for a basic synthetic oil change which is totally absurd. when i questioned them on the high charged they explained that because my vehicle was not from ford they charge more for special oil. i brought in a 2019 chev traverse (nothing special about it). they weren't willing to reduce there over priced service and failed to adequately explain why they were milking me. i received a survey on my phone and explained my dissatisfaction as above. when a service manager text me he said he talked to the staff and further explained to me the packages offered on their website are national and because prices may differ. (like 100% increase differ). i actually called another local dealership and confirmed they only charge $89.95 (plus taxes) for the same oil change i was just reamed for. when i relayed to the service manager he replied they must be getting a good deal on thier oil. its very clear, they are more concerned about getting a positive online review then actually addressing the problem. sorry for this long review but i would strongly recommend you not go here and spend your money elsewhere.

Thanks Brian. I left several messages for Sean with return call but no worries, when you buy a vehicle early in its development you risk some bugs being worked out. Once warranty expires and no recalls, your left holding the bag. Mechanic said engine was victim of the 'eco boom', with a hole blown right thru the block (pic below). Too costly to convert to a 5L, we purchased a low mileage used ecoboost and have our fingers crossed. Mechanic said it's a common problem in early models but if you are religious in maintenance and oil changes and lucky you didn't get a faulty block, some of those early ecoboost's are climbing to mileage of 300k. Fingers crossed!
