Absolutely fantastic customer service. Owner and incredible mechanic took time to change tail lights for me on my truck - no charge - I would highly recommend this business to anyone who values great customer service.

I had to take my 2024 GMC 3500 to Fix Auto in Airdrie for some work on the tailgate, which was damaged due to a recall issue. Additionally, I needed a door scratch and paint correction after my neighbor's kids decided to draw on my new truck. Adrian inspected the paint damage and, impressively, fixed it on the spot at no cost.
The entire team was incredibly friendly and great to work with. After 20 years of visiting various body shops while running a construction company, I can honestly say this was the best service I've ever experienced.
A huge shoutout to the team at Airdrie Fix Auto!

Abismal service. Such a waste of my time. Save your time and go elsewhere.
Took my car in for an estimate from a no fault accident. It has taken 4 weeks and I still don't have a final estimate for the work. I have called weekly and was told at first that they got what they needed from insurance but hadn't done the updates to the estimate (a week later), then blamed insurance for not getting back to them, despite insurance saying they have had no follow up since the original estimate. I was told when I called they would get back to me with updates about the estimate but would go another week each time and hear nothing before I finally called back. After the third week I called to inquire about the progress and dealt with a man on the phone who was quite rude and blaming me for the issue.

Anyone looking to get their vehicles repaired or fixed, avoid Fix Auto Airdrie.I Told them they had my email wrong as I wasn’t receiving anything from them. Never got up to date tracking they spoke of, I had to call them several times to find out about my vehicle. I confirmed 6 times over 2 weeks to make sure they wrote the right one down, only to find out later they still didn’t have my email right. Takes 2 weeks, & 2 days to do repairs, I’m told it’s completed, ready for pick up.Vehicle is semi fixed, Bumper has gaps in it, burned 40km of gas, had a cigarette burn mark and was told everyone vapes, but I noticed one guy had a cigarette lit when I was picking up my vehicle so caught them in a lie, vehicle is more dirty then when it was dropped off, and I was told the shop gets dusty but as you can see the smear marks on the seat so no seat protection was used.Decent customer service but just an unorganized business.

My wife hit another car, not a scratch on the other car, but damaged the sensors and front grill on our car. The technician told my wife they would need to write the car off as undrivable so they could get it in quickly. We drove this car for several weeks before bringing it in to get fixed. 6 weeks later they still have our car. They tell us that mazda is always slow to get parts from but don't mention this until after they have taken our car and removed the front bumper so that they can check for any hidden damage. Any calls to them just result in their receptionist reciting the typical " the insurance companies require us to do it this way". They have asked us to review their service before our car has even been fixed.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIX AUTO IN AIRDRIE.
