Brent was super helpful and communicated with me via email about all the options I could choose from. When I picked up my manual, Brent even told me he had used thicker paper at no extra cost since it would work better for my purpose. My manual was perfectly executed and almost a year later, still in great condition.To Noel, if all it took for to become disgruntled was to not be greeted within a SECOND of walking in, then perhaps you should go back to Quebec. It leaves Brent with more time to help me ?”
