Had gotten my car serviced at another location but they ran out of brake lights which was last thing I needed so I came to Jiffy Lube! Called to confirm had them which they did. They were prompt and fast in fixing and replacing them and actually charged me half of what I was quoted by other mechanic making me regret getting service done at other spot! Will come here again for my future car service!

If the mechanic or technician could stop sauntering around like he could give two bits maybe people could understand the wait. Slacker, at least the one I was qued up to. Left after 15 min. Absolutely no hop in his step. Never again

This is my 2nd time at Jiffy lube Airdrie location and the owner is super honest and not aggressive with sales and it's always been pleasant to deal with. However, I had my oil change today Oct 16, 2025 and was a little confused and disappointed to realize my oil life is at 40% and a sticker says my next oil change is due in 3000 km (125,000+) for a Honda 2011 CRV (with current mileage at 122,627) and I paid for a Platinun full synthetic oil package and it should be at least next 5000 to 8000kms on full synthetic oil. Also, my oil life should show 100% as I just got oil change today but instead it went from 30% (Before oil change) to now, 40% so I only had 10% top up of synthetic oil? I tried called Jiffy lube several times before I drove away too far to go back and have them check but kept getting hung up on. So for the 2 stars I'm disappointed and hope this situation could be looked at somehow. On side note, the guy helping me was nice and he was great in dealing with my car so I thought...so I'm not sure what went wrong here...
UPDATE:
The owner reached out to me first thing in the morning and asked me to bring my car in take a look at the Oil change. When I arrived, there the owner was super approachable and explained what went on because it it was just mileage taken from the last appt. The attendent forgot to set the oil life button when he did the oil change. Then the owner assured me it was filled to 100% and showed me a clean amber oil line on the stick. I was relieved and grateful for the service and thanked the owner for reaching out to explain and took the time to show reassure me my oil change was done properly. The owner and his staff were pleasant to deal with. I would definitely return to have my oil change at Jiffy Lube Airdrie location. There i changed my star from 2 to 5.

I’m so grateful for the West Airdrie Jiffy Lube. I’m recovering from a broken bone and simple tasks are not so simple. They checked my tires and topped up the air pressure with expertise this morning after the low pressure warning turned on. Thank you.

I needed an oil change and honestly I was a bit reluctant to take it in as I was afraid I would be sold things I don’t need but wouldn’t be able to challenge based on my lack of knowledge about cars. I went to a drive through lube place a few years ago and was sold so many things that I was told would be harmful to the car to drive without. I later learned that I did not need to buy so many items. The reviews for this Jiffy Lube location were very good so I took a chance and so happy I did. Clinton was really great and very helpful. What a fabulous and caring employee. The only thing that I needed on top of the oil change was 1/2 litre of coolant which was a very reasonable price. I was told all the other fluids were fine, air filter and windshield blades were good as well. I was so impressed and would definitely come back to this location in future. Thank you for your honesty. You are clearly a very trustworthy business.
