If you are looking for great customer service....THIS AINT THE SPOT!!! Called to make an appt for winter tire installation and the rep that answered was the rudest person ever.. basically yelling at me that there were no available appointments with the rudest attitude. No excuses for it. I understand you may be irritated with alot of calls with the winter tire change out but 0 excuse to be RUDE! Do you even understand how many other options there are here in Airdrie besides Kal Tires. Happy to tell everyone about my first and only experience here. Based on all the other reviews here... you can see this place has its issues for many reasons. Little did they know we were also looking for a price on 4 new winter tires for a second vehicle but
treat potential custoners in such a disrespectful way, definitely won't be getting my business. Brand new location in Airdrie and this is how you expect to gain business. Highly recommend Tires on the Run. Amazing local company that treat their customers with patience and respect who were more than happy to take care of us!

Update: I tried returning a phone call to the manager, and was put on hold again for another 15 minutes. The customer service is laughable.
I bought a new set of all seasons in the spring which turned into a gong ahow when my appointment wasn’t booked properly so I had to come in the next day. I show up the following day and it turns out they forgot they didn’t get my tires in, so I then had to come in for a THIRD day. They gave me a deal after the screw ups so I felt better about it. Fast forward to yesterday when I go to put my winters on myself and I find that they removed three of the four valve pins from my winter tires!! What possible reason could there be for doing that?? They also didn’t mark the inside of the tires for proper rotation. When I called to talk to someone about this I got put on hold for 15 minutes, but eventually hung up because I’ve had enough of my time wasted by this shop.

Nav, Danny and Kubar are great! They squeezed me in last minute before a trip with a winter tire leak… best in town for service and getting it done right!!! Many happy miles on Kal Tire tires.

I had my tire repaired last month and Danny was the absolute best. He greeted me like a friend and made sure i knew what was going on with my tire and the repair process. Ill only be going to Kal for any tire or mechanical needs from now on.

Called this location to book a repair for 1 tire and a rotation. Had an appointment at 2:30 and was told 45 mins max. I explained I was going to wait for the vehicle in the showroom. While in the room, there was two women that came in and explained that their rim and tire were lost by this location and weren’t called when the service had been complete. They waited several hours. I also waited for over 2 hours for this appt. Seems consistent with the low star reviews mentioned by other customers.
Upon paying the counter guy took the tire repair off the bill and charged me for the rotation which is the only reason this is a 2 star review. This was before discovering that my truck handle, door, steering wheel and shift knob were covered in grease and they didn’t remember to return my wheel lock key (an issue my coworker had mentioned to look out for with Kal-Tire). I had to go ask for it and when I did I was told to go ask the guy that was working on my wheels to give it back.
Ultimately not what I expect from a service centre. They also don’t fill the air in the tires or torque the wheels if you pull up anymore. Seems like paying more for less is the new business model. Won’t be back.
Also, Kal… don’t bother responding saying “if you would like to talk to management please give your info” - you’ve got the info and looking at other reviews it seems that it doesn’t change much

Don't want to be too complimentary because I don't want it to get busier than it already is but these guys are great! Always fair and upfront!
