So my actual experience at the shop getting a hole in my tire fixed was a decent experience, they even took a look at my brakes for me because I had some squealing. They told me that my brakes very, very much needed to be replaced immediately and it was dangerous to be driving on my current break situation. So for the last few months, I’ve been driving around in a panic trying to save up money to get my brakes replaced. I was actually even going to take it to Kal tire to get the brakes replaced! I had a very reputable mechanic take a look at my car and noticed that my wipers had been disconnected manually from under my hood. I’m not blaming anyone specifically, but it’s a little suspicious. 🤨 and on top of that after saving the money and bringing my car into “Tools in Motion”, they told me I don’t need to spend this money! My brakes are fine! I’m very disappointed that they tried to gouge me and get my brakes fixed when they didn’t need to be. And really let’s think about this. How else would my wipers have been disconnected? I recommend checking your car thoroughly after taking it there.

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! From start to finish, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. A special shoutout to Danny, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating—he took the time to explain my options and made sure I left completely satisfied.
It’s rare these days to find customer service this good. The whole team clearly cares about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or service needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, top-notch tire shop!
