I had great experience shopping here at this Mark's location in Airdrie. This one person named Val was so kind and so helpful to help me find steel toe shoes and what I was looking for. She was extremely excellent.

I had been saving up for a nice pair of work coveralls and finally had enough to pick up some dovetails. They worked great the one time I used them but after I washed them, a hole in the thigh opened up. I took them back to exchange them and they refused and said it was my fault. So guess I just burnt 180 dollars thanks a lot marks.

Shame on Marks !! Great staff but despicable and deceiving marketing on the corporate level. Bought pants advertised at buy 1 get the 2nd 1/2 off 70 bucks each and also bought 2 shirts for the same deal. The in-store signage onl names it was appliedWhat I expected was full price for the first pair of pants and 1/2 off the second then the same for the shirts.So 70 plus 35= 105 and 40 plus 20 for a total of 165. . Nope, what they tried to do was charge me full price for both pairs of pants and 1/2 price for both shirts .. so 70 +70+20+20 =180. While I realize that isonly $15 bucks..its my $15 ... and that is deceit and theft on a corporate level.I stopped the transaction and purchased the pants first ,then separately paid for shirtsThis was the first time back in 3 years and if i dont just return all out of princible it will be my last.
