I've only recently booked a unit at the Mini mall storage in Airdrie, but I can say I've been very happy with the facility and service so far. The lot itself is clean and well kept. The service has been great, extremely quick responses and pleasant to speak with.

I am giving it 4 stars because Lana at the front desk is a GEM. Mini mall storage in Airdrie is lucky to have her . I'd give it a 2 if it weren't for her. All the hidden fees . You don't see at first until it's time to pay .

I just want to thank Lana at Airdrie MiniMall Storage for being so helpful and accommodating when I showed up needing a spot. We weren’t sure if the size would work so she let us check it out before renting and it’s perfect. The complex is nice and clean, and I feel it’s very safe too.
