Rudest lady ever encountered. Went to fill the gas and she was very rude. I asked about how to pc points and she started laughing and even took a customer which she probably knows from before in front of me as she pulled the 2 packs of cigarettes for him and make him pay instead of letting me do a prepay for the gas. So left without even putting the gas and will never visit this place.

For the most part this location is great, there's just one staff member who isn't pleasant to interact with. She an older English second language lady, she seems to have no ability to interact with customers in a calm and polite manner.
EDIT: The last 2 months there have been younger staff working here when I've gone in. They are amazing, they are friendly and polite.

mostly Electronic pumping. Quick nice machine never get interruption.

Got to this location 2 mins before close all pumps were still open. At the time I hadn’t realized they were closing as I’m not from Airdrie. I had cash on me so I had to walk in the lady told me she’s closing in 1 min, then I realized it was almost 10pm. She told me to go to the gas station across the street. By the time I walked back to my car and she turned off all the pumps. She could’ve easily let me get my gas but chose not to even when they were still open.

Wish i could gave the lady cashier 0 star. Such arrogance and rudeness. When you work at customer service learn some manners and aticates to deal with guest. We bought some stuff and by mistake got something else just ask her to change it or refund but she was so mad and just keep on saying no no.. please hire someone who know how to deal with people. Wish I know her name..

MANAGER!!!!!Need to clean the diesel pump filters it's not -40 anymore, so you guys can't say the reason is for the slow pumping is the cold. Need to put in the work.You waiting on this location a good 10-15 ,min for a fuelup just an FYI!!

Every time your Pepsi 6 packs 710 ml bottles are in the flyer you are out of Business by Tuesday with 3 more days of the flyer to go.I thought Businesses were supposed to support their flyer not continue to disappoint customers with empty shelves.

I get the majority of my gas here when i need to fill up. I always come here to earn optimum points to earn on free groceries. It's never too busy there but if there's an abundance of people, you dont have to wait too long. Easy in and out when I want to come grab groceries at no frills and get gas afterward. If you want to get or exchange propane tanks, though, just go to no frills. It's a lot cheaper there for some reason.
