NAPA is amazing! I had a flat tire in their parking lot, and not only did they sell me a repair kit, but they also went above and beyond by using extension cords from the store to help me pump my tire. I highly recommend these guys – they’re incredibly nice and friendly, and everyone had smiles on their faces.

As a young woman, I was nervous the first time I walked into NAPA but this location in particular is fantastic. The people are knowledge, friendly and helpful. The stock covers so many more kinds of parts than you would find at Lordco or Canadian Tire, and the prices are good. Not cheap, but they won't upsell you either. Instead, they will tell you the options you have and leave it in your hands.
Go here first. Start here for great advice and selection. I trust these guys, and you should too.

Lost a wheel bearing on my trailer just north of town. Managed to gather up the remains of my bearings and seal, as well as my break drum and drive back into town. Rob took one look at my drum and immediately knew what trailer axel it was from and proceeded to find me a perfect SKF bearing kit! I needed a jack and some other miscellaneous tools, and he found the best deals on everything I needed! An absolute life saver. Thanks Rob!

Allie was very helpful and understanding after I had purchased the incorrect part. He assisted in processing a quick return and finding the correct replacement after I had brought in the failed bulb to match. Will be back in the future!

Bought injectors for my mustang. More expensive than the other shops to start, but they had them in stock. I assumed I was buying new injectors for nearly $700, but they were “refurbished”. But really they came coated in grease smelling like gas, and one was broken. I was not informed that I was buying refurbished injectors, and I stated that I wanted new ones for my car. I have never truly had a positive experience there, including their prices and actually receiving the correct part, but this made me go Karen. NAPA is a last resort for me. I don’t know if they just don’t know what they’re doing, or if they don’t care. This is for the backyard mechanics who cannot afford to waste $700 on junk, stock injectors.
