I recently visited My Garage Auto & Tire for some much-needed work on my wife's vehicle as winter approaches, and I couldn't be happier with the service! With a 9-month-old baby at home, I wanted to ensure I made the right choice. After researching local mechanics, My Garage was highly recommended.
I spoke with the technician (Chris) about my concerns regarding winter tires, an oil change, alignment , inspection, and a new sun visor that was broken. I was pleasantly surprised when he found a color-matched visor for my wife's Explorer all the way from Oregon!
The team completed all the work in just one day at a very reasonable price. Their professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable. I highly recommend My Garage Auto & Tire for anyone in need of auto repairs. Thank you, Chris and team, for your outstanding service!

Best Tire Shop EVER!!! Just swapped winter tires on Tesla M3 and they went above and beyond with extra torque because I drove from Calgary SW.

Excellent service & professional advice on all aspects of EV’s, especially tire recommendations. Jay was super helpful, knowledgeable & keen to do the research to find the best options. Also their wheel alignment has much better tolerances than Tesla production facilities.

Thanks chris, honesty everytime at best…. Have been there twice…the first time, i was there because my car was making soft tapping noise from engine, i came here and i was suggested by a one of the mechanic, not to worry about this soft little noise as it should go byself or if it goes louder then come back, his words were” if its mine car i would have keep driving it” and truely that noise gone away by self and never came back since(9-10 months)
And the second time i called them because i had some oil on one of six spark plugs( changed them my self first time ), i was so worried about that because i did change them myself to save something but not confident going further to open engine more….then i called them again, explained and send pictures of that plug and got a reply “ That's actually not oil; the brown is from cylinder compression blowing past the seal in the spark plug. The new spark plug will fix this problem. You have nothing to worry about. :)”
Thank you guys again….will always be here from now on if anything goes wrong although never been serviced once.

I recently drove my 2013 Tesla MS from Vancouver Island to Airdrie to visit family, but mainly to get the condition report of my Ol’ Tess’ components: suspension, drive motor and battery pack health and more. I had very high expectations given what I had seen on FB.
I am happy to report that I was rewarded very far beyond my expectations!!! The staff were very great at explaining what they were going to do, how long it would take, and the details of their findings (a full written report with photos).
The reception area, shop, customer lounge and restroom were immaculate! (and very well stocked with items specifically for the customers’ comfort).
I’m a car enthusiast and owner since age 16 and now at 67 I can report that I have never been so impressed (and I’ve owned: VW, Chev, Toyota, Audi, smart, Lexus).
Keep up the great work Chris, Scott, Jay, Allison (just to name a few)!!!

It's my new repair shop. The best experience I've had at a car repair shop. I was sent a detailed report on advised work that I needed. I informed them of the work I would like done. And was give a quote that they honored. They followed up through the day as to the progress via text message. And the car was ready when they promised.
My car was not just washed but also vacuumed and the dash and console were polished .
You won't be disappointed .

Took what could have been a terrible day and made it great. Woke up with a flat tire and they were able to squeeze me in to have it fixed right away so I didn’t have to miss too much work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about My Garage!! Everyone is wonderful there, but the big shout outs go to Chris, Michelle, and Scott! They’re always so helpful and really go the extra mile to help their clients. They have earned my loyalty a thousand times over and there’s nowhere else I will bring my Elantra!

This garage is amazing. Never felt like a mechanic is so honest and caring. Everyone I dealt with there was great. They never pressure you and give you options. They even give you a loaner car, if needed. My Garage is far from our house but I will make the drive every time for the amazing service.

The best place we could have come to in the whole of the Calgary area. Scott, Hayley and the team are amazing. Fantastic service, great efficiency/timing plus great education and updates during our wheel alignment check. Friendly, helpful as well as amazing referrals for other services ( glassmasters, and cosmos collision ltd).
We traveled from Nanton specifically because other Tesla owners have used this location previously with high recommendations. They did not disappoint, infact they went above and beyond the service level we've ever seen anywhere else.
We asked about winter tires and we're given an extensive amount of information to allow us to make an informed choice.
The cleanliness of the place is of the scale spotless . We will never consider going anywhere else after this positive experience.
