Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. 3 items I was looking at were expired! When I asked the gal said it was still good. Ummm hahaha. I won’t be coming back here again. Not sure how they can sell expired food.

I am so very disappointed in this store. I came in October 2024 and bought my dog some fresh pet dog food. I saw the stickers that said 10% off. So I bought 2 different kinds. The small packages. I was like sweet. I checked the date on the 1st and neglected to check the 2nd. My bad! Anyways, got home opened up 1 pkg and fed my dog for a few days. Opened the 2nd. It was early morning, and I was trying to get kids ready for school, etc. Fed the dog. She walked away from it. I put the fresh pet on top of her very expensive kibble. I was like whatever. Then later on that day, I go to feed her it again and noticed it looked green. I smelled it, nasty! It expired a month prior. I threw it out right away. My Poor dog! I was quite mad.
I went back to store a week later, as I only usually buy supplements there. Grabbed my supplements and noticed they still had the 10% off stickers on fresh pet. I looked at every single package, and their was quite a bit. They were all expired except 1! I told the young cashier when I checked out. She said she knew it was expired! Im like excuse me. I told her, you guys are trying to poison my dog with expired food. I said you need to take it all out and trash them. She said, they were working on it. I left fumming!! Like who says that. She said, I should have brought it back to the store for a refund. Seriously!!
I now write on November 27, 2024 and they still have rows of expired fresh pet dog food. Its like they just keep adding more. I took pictures as I am still floored that they have all the expired dog food in there after she told me they would get rid of it. This place has turned into a joke!
They have a whole bunch of kids in there, not knowing anything. Spend their time dusting and still have expired food. I think they have lost a customer. Here are my pictures for proof! I do hope they will do the right thing and dump the whole fridge. Stop trying to poison our pets! Signed 1 pissed off customer!

Very disappointed and frustrated. I had to call three times; was put on hold and the person never got back to me.
The raw honey was in a pouch. This is the first time l’ve seen honey like this.
The ground flaxseed is in a transparent plastic bag. I used to buy Gold Top.
Anyway, l was always buying from Nutters Airdrie and this was the only time l had this experience.
And l spelled my name several times it’s Sta Ana. But the bag spelled Spaana.

Very Disappointed…..
I was told i could “return a product if i was dissatisfied”. I used the same thing for over ten years and never had issues until now. The product now Smells like mould and should have NO smell and tastes very bitter. After she explained i could do the return, I bought the item yet again; and was told if she agreed “at the counter” that “if it didn’t smell right, she would take it back”. She agreed it did smell odd but the second person said “its fine”. No….”sorry “.
Now im out 45$.

Very questionable business practices.
I went in there and asked if they had a certain item, someone grabbed one for me and I paid and left.
When I got home. I realized the food item was 4 MONTHS EXPIRED, I took it back and asked to exchange it, they then made me pay DOUBLE THE PRICE because it wasn’t an expired item they were now selling me.
They knowingly sold me a very old and expired food item but never said anything. Who does that?!

I swung in hoping to stock up some dairy and meat, only to find out that they don't carry any animal dairy products, and almost no real meat options. Great place to go for vegans I suppose, however I am certainly not one.

Please ensure that your employees are knowledgeable in your products. It seems to be a common theme amongst Nutters that one can not send a family member in for a safe product and get the correct thing. Celiacs cant have may contain wheat products and to also know you have more than one brand of a product to give the safe one too.

Horrible service! I called in advance to tell them im right around the corner and would be there in a minute, and the lady was very very rude, saying how they would just like to close at 7pm on the dot ect. I showed up 7:01pm and they where closed and all lights where off. Can't even stay open 1min later for a customer that Shops there ALL the time!

Friendly helpful lady working in vitamin section! Prices seemed to be fair, typically shop for my vitamins at health food stores in Calgary but will return while I am living in Airdrie.
