On Tap Oil & Vinegar is a lovely, cool shop and a beautiful gem. It offers all sorts of high quality oils and vinegars with interesting and delicious flavour profiles, from savoury to sweet. Flavours like lavender, blackberry ginger, Tuscan herbs, mango, lime, pomegranate, and dark chocolate balsamic are sublime and superb. These artisan products add an interesting spin to salads, toasted breads, or any other dishes. There is a flavour for everyone in this little big city shop, which customers definitely recommend and will return to.
Absolutely love this store! Product is very good, huge selection. Owner is very knowledgeable about the products. Lots of other little treats in there...must try the salts!

Was in this afternoon and while you can tell the set up is shifting, it is a beautiful space, it feels like love and when I had the lavender balsamic vinegar my heart warmed and it lit up my soul. I definitely recommend this gem in our little big city and will definitely be back for more than olives .Thank you!
