“Took my 3 year old doodle Moose to pristine for the first time today. I was nervous to bring him to a different groomer than I usually do because he has been to the same groomer since he was 6 months old. Yang was so nice, and did an absolutely amazing job! He did exactly what I wanted. They even put a bandana on him after. Definitely recommend Yang and pristine paws!”

“Pet Valu’s are pretty standard across any location. Which is to be expected of a well oiled machine.
Where this location stands out, is the staff.
They are friendly in a human way vs a corporate “act friendly” way, knowledgeable about product, and they genuinely care about pets and the customers alike.
What is also nice to see is that the staff work harmoniously.
In this world it is difficult to find staff like this, so if you are reading this and manage this location or this company, give these folks raises. Do whatever you can to retain them(I don’t know them personally P.s.), this is how you continue being a fantastic company.”
