Pet Valu’s are pretty standard across any location. Which is to be expected of a well oiled machine.
Where this location stands out, is the staff.
They are friendly in a human way vs a corporate “act friendly” way, knowledgeable about product, and they genuinely care about pets and the customers alike.
What is also nice to see is that the staff work harmoniously.
In this world it is difficult to find staff like this, so if you are reading this and manage this location or this company, give these folks raises. Do whatever you can to retain them(I don’t know them personally P.s.), this is how you continue being a fantastic company.

Love this store. Staff are always there to help out and give so much love to Titan and Chimera!
Tubs are extra big even for my guys at 110 and 100lbs. They can easily get in and out. The sprayers are powerful and the free shampoo is a bonus! Towels are always clean and areas are always set up for each client.

I used the pet wash super quick, asked the person walking in with their dog if they don’t mind me just getting my dog on a leash and getting out of there first as we were done. The customer was totally understanding and happy to wait to avoid any conflicts. I am pregnant and more recently my dog is just a bit more protective, but generally very good I just don’t know what to expect so I was proceeding with caution. Meanwhile the employee was lecturing me about how I can’t ask someone to wait (it was literally LESS than a minute to leash my dog up) and kept lecturing me about how that’s not allowed. Like maybe next time let me get out of there so the next person who was KIND enough to wait less than a minute without it being a problem to tell me your lecture at the front of the store. I won’t be back.

Always friendly and helpful. We try our best to buy as much for our pets here as we possibly can. We have coming in here since they opened and are always met with a friendly face no matter who is working.

Super amazing staff, managed to stay sane while dealing with the worst human being on the planet. Somehow didn’t throw hands when a woman came in and started screaming at them for no reason. Carries OpenFarm dog food, frozen raw food for dogs and cats, amazing bath system. Always super clean. Give Jaden and Mason a raise. (I have no idea if I spelt those names right…)

Absolutely amazing! I come here all the time and found out they did nails! The two lady working tonight were amazing with my high anxiety dog! He always screams.and they handled him in a manner where he was calm.
