Edited: After moving to Calgary and having the absolute worst experiences with the location closest to me, I have switched back to this location in Airdrie. I drive from Calgary just for this store. It's that good here! Thank you Airdrie location for continuously wonderful service!
The staff that brings the click and collect orders out are always the best! So friendly and helpful! I always get the time slot that works good for me and rarely any substitutions! I'll continue to shop here!

Quality of food is non existent and no care by staff or management to remove rotten food. A lot of the produce we saw was rotten and many bricks of moldy cheese in the dairy section fridges -fridge broken?

Over priced, poor selection, limited staff available to ask about the availability of certain items in their department. I asked 2 employees about an item which should have been in the same aisle as the 2 employees, who spoke very poor English. THE GIRLS' RESPONSE: I'M NEW HERE, DON'T KNOW.
Overpriced items to pay for more luxury for the owners?
Update: Typical copy/paste response (a laughable cc). I will choose another food/ grocery supplier in the future.

I just moved to airdre and this was my first time visiting the pharmacy. I told the pharmacist that I had never had the two prescriptions and knew nothing about either. She gave me a look like I was missing some brain cells and didn't say a thing. This is the part where I would expect some information. As she stsrted to jam my stuff into a bag i picked up one of the bottles and asked a few questions. She grabbed it from my hand before I could look to see which one it was and tossed it in too.
This is when I realized she didn't really care and just wanted me out so the next customer could be helped. I paid for my stuff and will now rely on Google for my information seeing as none was put in the bag.
I had visited a competing pharmacy just a few days earlier and they were super friendly and helpful. They included a print out of side effects and directions for use all the good info I would want. I guess I will be going there from now on. You can find my 5 star review for them on their page.

I have a medical disability, I am a loyal customer, shopping at this location regularly because of the staff at the customer service counter.
Lois is my absolute favorite, she makes my day so much better, she's always very friendly. When my husband is unable to go with me she calls staff for a carry out, or helps me herself.
She deserves a huge raise, the value she adds goes farther than any gift for spending a fortune.

My family has been shopping for groceries at this location for a very long time and in the past couple months we have come to the conclusion that we will have to take our business somewhere else … the lady that runs the meat department or I assume she is the manager is because the last couple times I had questions the people that I asked went to her .. she is very unprofessional and probably the most ignorant and disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with in a professional role as the as the face of a business…if you want to do better and go back to being a family friendly community grocer ..you need to get rid of that woman and I’m sure your sales will go back up as I know I’m not the only one who will not be back until changes are made

Don’t offer pickup if it’s takes 20 mins to bring it out after check in. Ridiculous, could have just done the shopping myself.
