This is not a reflection of the ladies that work at this store as they are very nice and empathetic to the situation.
A Rogers salesman came to the door and provided a great offer that proved to be false so I canceled within the 10 day cancellation period (per the contract). I still got charged and was promised a call after going into the store multiple times but never got one. I chatted with someone on the live chat who said I owed nothing but that still appears to be wrong and still no call from Rogers. The solution from the store was “don’t sign up with the door to door Rogers salespeople.” Very happy to be back with Telus but still stuck with a nearly $450 Rogers bill that nobody will call me about so I’ll be forced to pay. I’ve learned my lesson and will NEVER consider Rogers ever again.

Hinal the store manager is excellent - had an issue porting my phone into Roger’s that nobody could fix, she spent an hour with us and very calmly and pragmatically went through all the processes to get it fixed. Highly recommend. Thank you again Hinal!

We had a wonderful time today picking out our new phones and Hinal was extremely helpful and had the patience of a saint as we had so many questions. She was able to help us pick the right phone and we felt very comfortable as she talked us through the process. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade or purchase a new phone as the staff go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience and don’t steer into something that you don’t like or need.

Hinal is exceptional. What I appreciated the most is how proactive she was. She called to let us know our contract was coming up for renewal. She accommodated the meeting times that worked for us. On arrival, it was no fuss, told us the total monthly amount she would match or find cheaper alternatives. Her approach was clear, avoided confusion by providing on the critical details. Highly recommend.

Preet provided exceptional customer service for me today. I believe she went above and beyond in the level of the service she provided (she sold me a new phone with automatic payments and renewed my contract with my internet provider.).
