DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I wish I could give a -5 review!! They sold us a brand new 2023 trailer with a leaking roof and the front corner was damaged and patched from them hitting the trailer into something. They knew this was our 1st trailer and they saw suckers written all over our foreheads!! Came out to fix, started telling me that I'm wrong, that it wasn't damaged, Bobby, one of the owners lied to me saying nothing happened, tried making me look like I was stupid.. Don't buy!! Bobby will tell you he'll come out but forgets to call or come. 3 times they had to come out to my site to fix things!! They have crappy garbage trailers!! They do not even do work orders or anything to show any kind of work was done. Save yourself many many hassles, stay far away from RV Nation!!!1

My Husband & I just bought a trailer from RV Nation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience from start to finish. It started with a message I sent at 11:00 PM inquiring about a trailer and to my surprise I got a response right away. When we came in the salesman was not pushy, he let us look and wasn’t the typical pushy salesman. Went into the finance office, it was short and quick and he had us out of there in no time, yet we didn’t feel rushed, and had a good visit. The Service shop caught everything on the walk through they thought needed fixing and had everything fixed when we arrived for pick up. We got to meet 2 of the owners and they were genuinely thankful to us for our business… you don’t see that often in businesses anymore.Huge thank you to Marc, Jay, Sha, Bobby, Chris a all the service guys that worked on our trailer.Thanks for making all of this happen.Can’t wait till next summer so we can camp in style!!!

We bought our 1st ever trailer and ill say right from the start Chris, Jason and Jennifer made it the best decision ever!! Their knowledge, friendliness and expertise made our decision an easy one!! They answered every question we had and helped us keep our trailer stored at their shop til we were ready to live in it! Then to the shop where Bobby and Larry showed us everything that we needed to know about the trailer with our walkthrough. Very knowledgeable. Thanks for everything guys!!

Our family of 7 truly can’t be happier with our new camper and RV Nation for making it happen, from the start to finish thanks to Jennifer, Chris, and Mark in the sales department’s and Bobby in the service department who was absolutely great with helping us get the trailer on the truck supplying a tow ball, and throwing in a couple hoodies and his helper Larry They made it so easy. the travel trailer was recommended for our needs and is absolutely amazing. We just got home from our first weekend camping and we’re still talking about the experience. Plus we’ve already booked our next weekend away. The best investment ever into your family. See you when we upgrade. :)

We are first time buyer and imagine the anxiety we are having before we step in to the RV Nation. We met Bobby around 6 pm on March of 2019. He is so accomodating and easy to deal with. He recommended what we need and patiently explained to us how to use the RV. Everything was easy and without stress. Bobby even recommended the right add ons for us. We also bought some items and mods which the mechanics installed for us on the shop (without any additional charge). At the pick up date, the technician (I think his name is Greg?) was so knowlegeable and has so much patience explaining how everything works. One trait which makes them extraordinary is they look after you. They take cares of you..one time we were heading out on a camp trip and we forgot to close the washroom vent. Chris part owner saw us while driving behind us ear Airdrie highway 2. he actually chase us and signal to stop. He said that he recognize our spare wheel cover that said rv nation. He said he is the owner of rv nation and that he wanted us to know our washroom vent is open and driving with it open will damaged it bu the wind. We parted ways and was very happy that RV Nation loojed after there customer. They are top notch dealer and would recommend them to families and friends.

The guys at RV nation were great to deal with. Marc showed us a trailer here early on in the shopping process and ended up coming full circle and buying that same one after looking at many others. Marc and the team seems to truly care about customer satisfaction, made sure I was happy before taking the trailer home and is always ready to answer questions. One of the smaller shops that care about their customers and know them all by name. I would send my friends and family here.

We even contacted him on a holiday with a question and he got back to us right away and came to the shop on his day off to give us a hand with something. Sha in finance is awesome. Awesome buisness and aftercare by RV Nation. I bought my trailer almost three years ago. One thing I must say is the exemplary service and advice by Bobby and the service team. They have went above and beyond with helping me with my hitch system and everything service related to keep my family safe. You folks are awesome!!
