They mentioned that there was one person who was may be moving out of his storage unit so the company said they would talk to him and get back to me by the end of the day. Within the next few hours, I was able to have access to a storage unit and move my belongings in. When checking in to Airdrie I was met by Ryan, who assisted me with the security details and escorted me to my unit. He gave me his contact information in case I had any questions or concerns, which I later did. He helped me with all my subsequent enquiries and was very helpful. Its good to have a direct contact like Ryan.
