Very rude Manager and her staff member name Simar they really need to learn how to behave with customers, they have Zero sense of customer service.
Most of the time carwash is closed for no reason I have monthly subscription with shell and this is only one in AIRDRIE and most of the time is closed, when ever asked why they are closed they always silly excuses , machines are not working, sometimes dryer not working, I don't understand what is the reason for us to buy monthly subscription it's our wastage of money,

The car wash is closed most of the time. I went inside to ask after a week of coming and finding the car wash closed and the employee said it is broken. Not sure how many times a car wash breaks down within 2 weeks.

Today at 1:30pm ish I came into the store to cash a $45.00 winning ticket and I got told no that it was his closing time I inform him it was only $45 and I got told IDC either buy more tickets or go some where else I informed him he can't refuse to cash tickets if it's under $1000 and he stated he can do what he likes and then Kicked me out of the store!!!!! When i informed him I would be filing a complaint with AGLC!!!!!!! So dam rights I'll be filing a complaint with them and I plan on making sure I will never be shopping here again!!!!

Shell is such a corrupt company. They're expensive and they're always the first to jack their gas prices up, sometimes up to 2 days before they're supposed to go up. Everywhere in Airdrie gas prices today are $1.41, at Shell it's $1.49. Over Christmas gas stations were charging $1.38, while Shell was charging $1.44. I suspect that Shell was still charging gst on gas over the holidays when they weren't supposed to be and pocketing it, why else would their gas be exactly what it would be compared to the other companies after the 5 cent gst was getting added onto the $1.38 gas price

Forgot to get something while inside, tried to go back and the doors were locked, clerk walked right passed without acknowledging me knocking on the door. Absolute indecency.

I went today and prepayed gas then back back to my vehicle at the pump it indicated you need to pay when I lifted the nozzle. Tried to get the clerks attention. Nothing so went inside she said I cancelled it did not make any sense to me. I asked to speak with a manager she said not available. Very frustrating experience. And not willing to help or assist. Will not go back there

Not always 24 hours I found. You can fuel up anytime but the store is sometimes locked with no one at the counter.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. For a matter of fact all shells should. Nothing but rip offs. I will never go to this location or any other again. Over charge for everything including gas. Check it out your self, check other stations first.
