Very disappointing experience. For a touchless car wash, it barely cleaned my car. Dirt, road grime, and water spots were still clearly visible afterward. For the price charged, I expected much better results. The wash felt rushed, and there was no noticeable difference from before I went in. I have a monthly subscription and went to store right after wash but they were helpless

Why the heck is the car wash closed when it’s open in entire Calgary in good weather? That doesn’t make sense at all.

Be genuine and just don’t copy paste a template. Are you willing to generate a manual re-wash coupon after your employees have denied post 20 mins discussion?

Most expensive wash, put the soap on then the triple foam. Then got a spot rinse then I got a wash cycle with no soap in the car. Really disappointing

Went for car wash, and guy at counter says 'there's no soap used' in the least expensive wash. Car was just on wet gravel roads so was filthy. Bought the 'de luxe' wash, which didn't do a thing for the grime on the windshield and door windows, and didn't even touch the rear hatch-back door, glass or bumper areas. A complete waste of time and money. Last time I use that Shell car wash as there are other, much better ones in Airdrie.

Not a very good experience. Went there to wash car but they close by putting the close sign when i go inside they told me you can remove it wash car and then put the sign back. Went again today the car wash was close when went inside to ask why its close and they told me someone is coming to fix it so we can not give you replacement code you can come in evening if not working at that time then we will give you replacement code. Now went again same excuse someone is coming to fix. Bad experience and will never visit again.

With all the melt of snow and everything I got the low level car wash. Car wash, cleaned the whole truck except for the rear tailgate went and talk to the staff member and she told me I should’ve bought the higher grade car wash. Would not give me another car wash to finish the job.

The employees are friendly, and the location is great. However, the only issue is with the car wash entrance—it's extremely tight, and you'll need to exit your vehicle to swipe the card, which is inconvenient.

Tried the middle deluxe wash $13.99 as it is the cheapest one with underbody wash. The bay is wide enough for my suv not to fold the rear mirrors. The car is pretty clean afterwards. But some difficult-to-reach trunk areas under the license plate were not thoroughly cleaned.

I pulled into the island to get gas. There was an employee running a leaf blower beside my car and it was extremely loud, he was of course wearing hearing protection. I decided to let my son count out the money to pay for the gas while we waited for the leaf blower to move. There were several free spaces at the pump but the owner sent out an older lady to threaten us, saying it is private property and to move along. We promptly complied, and crossed the street and used FasGas and spent our $120 there instead. If the vehicle was a beater and we looked homeless maybe that would explain the ignorance….not excuse it but explain it. Being in the upper 8% of income in Canada, and a 20 year military and police veteran, it was the first time being treated like garbage since basic training. Shell you need to be more selective on who you give your franchises to. So much for Royal Dutch Shell customer service. Strongly recommend just to cross the street to spend your money ladies and gentlemen.
