They need to get their touchless car wash machines working properly. Won't accept my credit card so bought a preloaded card from Sparkling auto wash and that card wont work either in their own machine. This has been going on for awhile and several complaints to employees but nothing changes. In my opinion it is hands down the best car wash in Airdrie but if they cant get their machines working properly I will be going elsewhere.

Came here today- as always my favourite car wash in Airdrie! The staff is friendly and super helpful, especially Tony :) also the time per dollar is the best, I have been coming here for years and will be continuing to come here for my car wash needs forever!

After accidentally locking my keys in the car inside the wash bay. Tony was really helpful calling a tow truck to get me unlocked. He took a usually very frustrating experience and made it significantly less stressful with patience and understanding. Thank you so much Tony, truly appreciate your help!

Visited this car wash for the first time and have to say the gentleman working here was amazing, he offered us a sponge to clean bugs and a clean rag to dry of our car. Amazing experience. 5 stars!

Horrible spot, do not go here. Wash is super weak and barely cleans light dust off your car. Also, they have a guy whose sole job is to watch the parking lot, even if it’s empty and just before closing on a Friday, so don’t even think about pulling in there.

Just so many other and better options. First auto wash Bay was broken so I got moved to the next bay after laying on the horn for a while.
The best part is they didn't even Mart the broken bay with a pylon or anything. Just wait for the next dummy I guess. Hard pass.

Can’t rate it below this. The service representative there is One of the rudest person in the world. Zero courtesy, zero customer service, don’t know how to respect people.
Most of the times it not working. And won’t even refund if there equipment is not working.
Never going back there ever.
