I’ve been returning Amazon packages at this Staples location since 2023 without any issues. Today was the first time I had a negative experience.
The receptionist refused to accept my returns, saying the sticker wouldn’t stick to the item — without even attempting to apply it. Instead of trying to work with me or offer a solution, he chose to argue and was unhelpful throughout the interaction.
This was disappointing, especially given my previous positive experiences here. I hope this was a one-off and that staff are reminded to provide the basic level of customer service Staples is known for.

WHY is there so many issues with Amazon returns at this location! Second time I have to contact Amazon when I returned a item and Amazon saying they didnt receive it. They dont even give you a receipt and can't even track it. Are they keeping the items?????

I had a timed health sample to drop off which I was told CAN be dropped to any Purolator location that is staffed. Young shift manager lady said they are not authorized to take it, which is complete BS, it literally says online that a Staples Purolator location with staff is an authorized location to take any pre paid Purolator health samples. It also says this on the information sheet that I was provided. So I'm not sure why this lady is telling false information to customers, maybe she just didn't want to do her job.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Pricing can be high, but that's not the locations fault.

I go to this location often and most of the staff is good. Except i have the worst experience in print centre with Callum. I ordered same day business cards twice from this location. Cutting wasnt done properly in the first order and i let it go as one time. This time i placed my order and called in to request nice cutting this time. When i went to pickup my order it was crooked cutting. I tried to bring it up in a very nice way and genuinely nice tone. This guy was pretty rude and judgmental, completely ignored my concerns and just stated we have room for error. I had one if the easiest file to work off of it has no borders simple text in middle socan be easily adjusted for nice and clean cutting. Despite the fact that i even mentioned that its the second time but last time i didnt even come back because errors can happen. This guy didnt even try to atleast offer a redo for customer satisfaction. He was just egoistic and tried to throw a refund call thinking i wanted my money back. Sorry not everyone has issues with products with the intention of money refund. Some people really care about quality in product and service and you failed at both. Mind you you cant fool me with your explanations of room for error i was a print consultant for staples for years and i know what i am talking about. Please learn to put your heart into your job.

I had a large amount of copying to be done today. The gentleman who assisted me saw that I have a physical disability, he gave me a chair to sit while he completed my order. I was a little preoccupied and forgot my wallet at the cash register. They made sure it was personally returned to me at my home, they didn't have my phone number so they went above and beyond

We had an urgent need to print some important documents. Jay was assisting us at the printing counter- and he couldn't have been more professional, helpful and compassionate. He really took the time to help us, with some design work (not his job at all), and was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Jay for helping us out during a very stressful time for us.

The female staff was very rude, and she didn’t seem to be Canadian. The manager should provide her with proper training. I hope to see an improvement in your service in the future.

I’ve come by a couple times and I’ve never once been disappointed. Both the employees named Haseeb and Rafan have consistently delivered excellent customer service and knew what they were talking about. Rafan helped me choose a great laptop for my needs and Haseeb helped me find the right accessories. I’ve been using them for a while now and I’ve yet to face any issues with my purchases. Thanks guys!

I placed an order for Airdrie for same day business cards before the cut off time, was then called at 2pm informing me that their “card cutter was broken” so they had to cancel my order or I could have it sent to the distribution centre that would take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS (like what?). When asked if they can do it at another store the girl on the phone said “it likely won’t be able to get done today even at the other store since it was past the cut off time” as if this was my issue. Since I needed the cards same day (which is the reason I ordered same day business cards…) and that I had to cancel the order and call around to see if this could be done.. I asked to speak to a manager and told them it’s not my problem that they can’t complete this order THEY ACCEPTED and that it was their job to figure it out. Miraculously they were able to get it done at another store in CALGARY a 30 minute drive to this store from Airdrie. This experience was absolutely terrible and I can assure you I will never use Staples “same day” print again.
