Have been going to this salon over many years and always have a lovely experience I’ve never had a long wait, the girls are all so friendly and talented ! They have done my nails for all my vacations and my wedding and I recieve nothing but compliments couldn’t be happier ! 10/10 recommend trying this place out !

I’m really disappointed with the level of service my family and I received. I had never booked here before and wanted a trust worthy, yet affordable place to go. Reviews seemed to be positive and price were reasonable on the website. I booked shellac pedicures and new acrylic nail sets for my mom, sister and I. When we walked in, the salon was dead and the staff immediately seemed annoyed and just glared at us. We wanted to do the pedicures together but they refused and just kept giving us a nasty attitude. Me and my mom’s pedicures were very rushed. They did not care and just wanted us in and out. I had to keep asking the lady to fix my big toe several times as it was crooked. Before our pedicure was even done, they tried to start on our acrylics and it just became really overwhelming. My biggest issue was with all the secret fees and price gouging. When calling in to book, I confirmed prices over the phone. While in the salon they wanted to charge us triple the price than what was previously discussed. I should have known as most nail salons tend to add on extra for every little detail. Not sure why nail salons even have a service menu. It’s only ever displayed with prices they never follow. I swear they make it up as they go. No reason a small- medium length, coffin, French tip should cost $80 when I was told it would be $55. Just doesn’t add up. The manger did not handle the situation well and would gaslight us seconds later. Calling us difficult. She never answered my question as to why the price was so much more. Saying it was due to my length. She kept wanting to charge us more than what was promised. Lying that a product we needed for my mom’s artwork was out of stock but couple minutes later, say “$10 more and we do it”. My mom wanted a simple glitter starfish on two fingers and that couldn’t even be obtained. Overall, not a pleasant experience and will not be returning. I wasted not only 4 hours of my time but $130 on mediocre nails and a botched pedicure.

Hello 2nd time I have been there and have gotten a nice job. No complaints thay way.
I am not sure what happened as each time I have gone been charged differently.
First time 55 sue to being a french fill!
Second time I asked for the same thing and was charged 70.00. Suppost to be french fill but tips were supposed to be sparkly. Got my fill with nailpolished tips.
I called in right away as I thought my daughters bill was more than expected but was not.
They could not give me an answer and was very hard to understand with their broken english.
I have been elsewhere previously and my sparkle french fill has never been that way.
Good services but really disappointed with the cost being 70.00 for a fill
