Karl was amazing, i was looking for a very specific adapter for my computer, Walmart didn't have it, i called to staples, they didn't have it, so on a whim i called Visions airdrie, and after talking to Karl for a minute or 2 he was able to find the adapter i was looking for, he went above and beyond for me for this and i really do appreciate what he did, the product works perfectly,

Thank you Matt for all your help getting my Bluetooth set-up in my summer time fun convertible with an old stereo you took the time to come out to my car and sit with me until we got the Bluetooth set up and it didn’t take you long to figure it out. We buy all our home electronics from Airdrie Visions because of the knowledgeable staff they have there!!

Will 100% be coming to Visions in Airdrie for all our electronic needs. The manager, John Janik, is exceptional. His customer service is above and beyond.
We purchased a TV over a month ago and in the last week the speakers started to randomly crackle and cut out completely. It was past our 30 day warranty when we called them, but John assured us that they’d still take care of us - and they did, even upgraded us for no cost.
It’s refreshing to find such helpful and customer focused businesses. Thank you so much!

We recently purchased a new fridge through Visions and were extremely happy with their customer service! Not only did we get the best deal through them after shopping around, they also were able to offer next day delivery!!! We would highly recommend this team at Visions to anyone!!!

I had been everywhere looking for a specific washer dryer and the friendly staff made it easy .
Their price was the best I found and the customer service was outstanding.
Naveen and Jon took the time to over all the options and had it delivered to us over a week quicker than anyone
