TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO NOT TOUCH CUSTOMERS FOOD!!!!!!! DISGUSTING
At self check out like I always do. Had 3 packs of caramilk and started to scan them. I have always held all’s 3 packs in my hand but, only ever scanned one as I don’t see the point of scanning all 3 individually as it’s all the same item. After scanning 2, long behold my till freezes and a worker has to come over. Makes sure she watches the video and then says to me “only 2 scanned” like she assumed I wasn’t going to scan the 3rd one she can clearly see me still holding(with the other 2)
If your going to have your workers basically accuse people of stealing because your tills can’t keep up or “think” they seen something that they didn’t, then your eventually going to end up with a bunch of lawsuits against you (Walmart)
Unless your till or camera specifically see me not scan something then sure go ahead and do what happened to me today but, I don’t appreciate being made feel like I’m going to steal a pathetic pack of chocolate bars even though I have $80 worth of other items I’m purchasing OR better yet, just don’t have self check out if it can’t properly monitor CUSTOMERS cashing out!!!!!
I do not appreciate having everyone else in self checkout think I’m stealing because your cameras and tills can’t properly watch people cash out!!!

Would rate lower if I could. If you want something I can almost promise this store does not have what you are looking for

Terrible customer service with western union wire transfers. Bordering on a racist experience. If you have any accent with your speech and a passport or ID from a different country, go anywhere else for your western union activities than this Walmart. The customer service associates at this Walmart do not want to see anything but a Canadian ID, and will not follow western union guidelines.

Worst customer experience with Harjinder. Argumentative, rude, and disrespectful.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a very poor customer service experience at your store.
We found a lipstick displayed with a price of $6. All the lipsticks were placed together in the same aisle and under the same pricing section, with no indication that only one item was priced at $6 while the others were not. When we reached the checkout counter, the employee, Harjinder, told us that only one lipstick was $6 and the rest were not. As customers, there was no way for us to know this, since everything was displayed together without proper labeling.
Instead of acknowledging the confusion or listening to our concern, the employee began arguing and was disrespectful in her tone. This situation occurred due to the store’s lack of proper pricing and organization, which is Walmart’s responsibility and due diligence—not the customer’s fault.
A manager named Crystal then arrived. She listened briefly, walked away to the aisle, and did not offer any apology or resolution. We felt completely ignored and disrespected.
This was extremely disappointing. Walmart is a large and well-known company, and we do not expect such poor service,

Its a good store to cover most of your grocery and household needs.
Very disappointed that they no longer carry blackcherry candles, as that's my fave scent. The new candles leave a lot of wax after the wicks burn out.

I called today to speak to them to make sure the store was open before making the drive for a last minute thing. When I called they answered and then proceeded to hang up the phone prior to finding out what I was calling about. This behavior is one of the many reasons that I refuse to shop at Walmart unless absolutely necessary. I would rather starve than give the Airdrie Walmart my money. I truly hope that management sees this and address the lack of customer service because the folks that work tha position seem like they just don’t care about anything other than playing on their phone or gossiping with their co workers

i am extremely upset about what happened at this walmart. while i was waiting for my parent and getting a mobility scooter, an older male employee repeatedly yelled “it’s not a toy” at me and then demanded to know why i needed it.
i am a disabled minor. being shouted at and interrogated in public about my medical needs was completely unacceptable. disabilities are not always visible, and no employee has the right to question a child about why they need a mobility aid.
this was harassment, plain and simple. this employee’s behavior was inappropriate and harmful, and walmart needs to do better with staff training and accountability.

I’d like to sincerely thank Mary from the Walmart Airdrie customer service team. She went above and beyond to help me return a damaged room heater even though I had lost the bill. She was understanding, patient, and genuinely cared about my situation. Great customer service like this makes a big difference—thank you, Mary!
