I love shopping at any Winners and Homesense with the exception of the one in Airdrie!! I was charged 3 times for 2 face highlighter. The blond older lady that works there she should be relocated or terminated. I went there to return one of the 2 highlighter because it was not to my liking. I kept the one that I had used, and was going to return the unused one, but when I went for the return, inside the bag there were other receipts ,and as I looked for the right receipt to handed it to her, that is when I realised that I was charged 3 times instead of 2. I point that out to that lady and her response was "and you waited 10 days later to come back? " ( lady, just like you I work full time as well ) that blond lady then she proceeded to say to bad I will not give you a refund. I said to her that I was not even aware that I was charged an extra $40.00- her response was I can return the second one but I will not honor the third one since there is no proof, plus the new Winners policy is we not longer do adjustment. Well on the receipt it was clear that I was charged 3 time because of the same sku number. My issue is not the $40.00 because I am sure this particular Winners needs my hard working money to pay for some of their useless employees. This lady is classless, and has a very loud condescending voice, and made you feel like you were a thief-regardless that there were other people waiting in line.. Lady, I believe in karma what goes around comes around. To the Winners associate, how long is going to take to realize that this lady has no customer service skills? Take a look at the other store bad reviews, I believe I am not the only one having issues with this particular store

Disappointing new clothes rack configurations. Crammed, crammed, crammed! Just looks messy and uninviting. Won’t be back shopping here very often anymore.

My experience today was not good and I will not be returning as well as will be spreading the news the news about the terrible service given here today. The blonde manager was very rude and would help out with a ripped shirt that I still wanted to buy but would not discount. She was very bias towards my mother after this occurred and wouldn’t even offer her a bag for her clothes. Very disrespectful, need to be taught proper customer service.

If your receipt gets wet and the bottom of it is ripped (barcode still attached) they won’t let you make a return for your money back. The ONLY information on the bottom of the receipt is the store number, yet you can return to any Winners in Canada so why would that matter? The date, time & all other information was still available on the receipt and the purchase was made 3 DAYS ago. The employee tried to “scan” the barcode and said it doesn’t work, didn’t try entering it manually either. How would having the remaining part of the receipt make a difference when none of the barcode was attached to it?
