This gift shop on Banff avenue has great selection of arts and gifts mostly created by indigenous people. It’s a great way to support local artists and showing their skills to the whole world. Staff has great knowledge about their products. We received great customer service while our visit to the shop.

This hop is very unique, staff is wonderful, very helpful.They have the signs there "please ask for assistance" or "ask us for a closer look" , and their "please do not touch", I can take this in a positive way because they have very expensive stuff too, I was in the shop talking to them , they are very helpful, very understanding staff, and they were telling us they love to help us..they are not mean or rude. They were telling us people are leaving the food paper behind the paintings and leaving the food and gum in the pottery. They know very well how to run the business. They are not new in the business. I support the business. It wasn't my first time to go in that shop. Please go in the shop and you will find out how friendly they are. They have the arrows which are used for avoiding congestion with the million of visitors in Banff each year I think it's good because it's a busy shop. For this types of complaints I feel they have to educated themselves other than they are asking for their illiteracy and literacy. Please guys go and enjoy made in Canada art work.

My gosh the notes on every souvenir drives me crazy. It's like not to guide the customer but something very rude. Do not touch, you'll be charged, seriously dont open, no food drinks and many more. Almost everything had notes. And everyone here are travellers. Of course they are gonna have at least a drink with them. We quickly get out of the shop because we didnt wanna meet or have a conversation with this owner. There are many more gift shops in the area please visit one of them. Not this one. And there are in and out marked on the floor with arrows. That is very illiterate because when people are obsessed with the gifts both sides They are not gonna watch the floor for the arrows. I almost felt someone gives me attitude without even interacting with a person. Whoever is the owner fix your attitude first. Customer service means not the one you know

This is the best destination in Banff if you like to get art collection and souvenirs. The employees here go above and beyond to help you with your needs. They really helped in finding the best gifts to my family. Highly recommend this amazing gift shop.
