The people working there are so grumphy, especially the indian girl working at october 12 12:45 pm she is so rude and has no manners,she let us wait for her to finish counting the nonsense things she's doing and after we wait for her she said that we can just go on a different till!!

The one of Cashier lady was so rude !!!! It was first time to get bad experience. She is looks like a wearing the turban. I like this shop but I don’t wanna see her anymore.

The sales clerk on duty May 20 @ around 5 pm onward was rude. But over all I like the store.

Has an excellent selection of clothes including jeans gloves mittens sweatshirts t-shirts socks underwear ?. It's wheelchair accessible. There's a second cup in the food court. Here's a coin laundry on the first floor. Lots to do for someone else while you're ?️

Great prices considering what things cost elsewhere in Banff. Two levels connected by a staircase in the store, with access to the mall and the street.

Prix abordables sauf quand les caissières oublient les offres de soldes. Personnel désagréable, magasin mal organisé avec un bordel pas possible, impossible de trouver des vêtements à l’intérieur de ce bazar. Déçue je ne reviendrais pas.

Got a swimsuit here because I left mine at home. The prices are great and the staff here are super nice and helpful, especially the lady who was working at 7:45pm today (July 31 2023)! She gave us very helpful advice regarding local transit etc. I wish I had this Ardene back in BC!
