Lucas, the store clerk, should improve his customer service skills. Very unprofessional to not say a single word to a customer from the time of entering to purchasing an item and leaving the store.

Headed into the store just now as there were signs of good deals, and was very appreciative of the staff for the good reccos. While there were reviews below saying the staff were not attentive, I disagree and say that that allowed me to browse & figure out what was available, then approach them when my husband & I had queries.
We had a male staff assist us, who went out of way to show us the ski jackets, outer shells for both men & women, and even advised how what we originally had may work but pointed out as well what we might need to look out for. He even asked another staff for advice and provided tailored reccos, esp after understanding we also had budget constraints.
Left the shop happy as I got a HH ski jacket that was comfortable and met my needs at a good steal. Thank you ! :)

Came in to the store and immediately felt being watched by this one sales person. Every time I look up she’s (blond hair lady) staring at me and instantly looked away. Never acknowledged me or said hello. But greeted every other whites person around me. Made me felt very unwelcomed.
Another staff member (guy with brown hair) came and greeted me - much better.

Another very bad experience, was helping my my mom finding what she needs , ‘Lucas’ was very rude chatting in the corner with 2 more staff about ski passes bla bla bla instead in being in the floor helping customers, when did ask his help he looked at me as I am disturbing his conversation and refused to help me he was very unrespectful I did tell him instead of chatting with the staff while customers needs your help I did ask about his name and told him I am not happy , he did give me his name I told him that I will write a review about my bad experience did never hear I am sorry , his answer was go write that review he didn’t care at allWhen I asked to talk to the store manager they said he is the assistant manager what a leader and what behaviourThe head office should look at further education for their floor staff to ensure that everyone feels welcome and helped because that’s what they are paid for not standing and having public loud conversationsI will not even give one starI am a local I use to come to this store for years I got all my camping and backcountry gear from this store in Banff previous manger was very helpful all the time that’s why I prefer to get all my gear from here but the rude Lucas should be firedThis is unacceptable I will make sure everyone know about my experienceIf the management will not contact me I will make sure I will share my experience in the social media and all platforms

I showed up five minutes before closed, and they assisted me with no hesitancy! They had exactly what I wanted, and the staff even gave their own experience with the product I was purchasing!

Echoing other comments about staff being not attentive and chatting with each other when customers are obviously looking for something. I wasn't recognized when I walked in, and only when I grabbed two shoes to the counter to ask for my size to try on did someone help me. Then I went to the upper level to find some winter clothes. I wanted to buy a pair of trousers but had no idea about the color options and couldn't find anyone there to help me with that. So I ended up buying a jacket and a pair of shoes, and did the trousers shopping elsewhere.
