I purchased this short-sleeved t-shirt on September 12th and was very disappointed with the quality. After following the washing instructions, the shirt developed holes and became frayed, even though I hadn’t worn it yet. Now, it’s completely ruined and unwearable. It turned into trash after just one wash. I was expecting much better quality and cannot recommend this product to anyone.

Got souvenir tshirts here. They are better quality than most other stores on the road. Also they all are similar in price.

Terrible customer service. I’ve also noticed a few times while being in this shop that they seem to copy / paste other brands designs and put their “big bear” sticker/brand on it…

Loved the shop me and husband got so many hoodies, sweatshirts and magnets as gifts. It’s right on the core downtown banff . I found it very reasonable and wide variety shop.

Great spot for gifts or souvenir shopping. Some really cute sweaters and shirts for kids and adults plus glassware, socks, candles, etc.

First off I would like to say this store in general is really nice, lovely decor and pretty cute/unique items.
But I would give this store a zero if it allowed me. As per other customers reviews, they don’t allow refunds.
I purchased a 7.2 ounce candle, for $38. Yes that’s an insane price to pay for a small candle, but this particular company, Anchored Northwest has created a really awesome scent ‘lumberjack’. So I was beyond excited to try it once we got home! Lit the candle, zero smell? So I thought ok no big deal, it may just take so many hours to ‘get it going’. Nothing! Over 2 weeks, nothing.
I called Big Bear trading company and explained the issue. The girl states that they can’t return any candles once used. Now I understand this from a clothes aspect, etc, but this is a faulty candle, a $38 dollar faulty candle.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase items here, as they have a no return policy. It’s basically buyer beware.
Very disappointing to say the least. I have literally told everyone my via social media platforms.
