About Bow View Lodge
Bow View Lodge is a comfortable, clean, and affordable hotel with a fantastic, very walkable location near Banff downtown and views of the Bow River and Rocky Mountains. The staff are consistently described as amazing, friendly, sweet, professional, and helpful, providing exceptional service that greatly enhances guest experiences. Rooms are cozy, a nice size, and well-equipped, often with two beds, a couch, and tables, though the decor can feel a bit outdated. A significant advantage is the access to a neighboring hotel's sauna and pool. Some minor downsides noted by guests include incredibly slow Wi-Fi, rooms that can be too warm at night without adjustable thermostats, potential noise from connected rooms, and the inability to use balconies in colder months. However, the overall value for money is considered excellent, with many guests stating they would return, recommend it, and found it to be the best accommodation of their trip.
