A calm, lovely shop without the usual tourist tat (which I have a weakness for at times :) ). Artisan and locally crafted pieces. Love the unique, handmade tree bark mug I bought there, one of my favourite Banff souvenirs. The lady working there carefully wrapped it in tissue paper and bubble wrap so it made it back home safely... I'm using it now ❤︎

I had such a delightful experience here while searching for gifts. After exploring the whole town, we returned because the items here were not only beautiful but also showcased the work of talented local artists. The lady was incredibly kind, explaining the stories behind the items we purchased and offering great recommendations for other spots in town. We will definitely be back next season!

I’m editing my review to give more clarity on why I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. My father had bought me a mug as a gift, and I had found it was cracked about 10 minutes after him buying it. He went back to the shop to see if it could be replaced, but the clerk accused him of dropping the mug. Again, the clerk was a rude piece of work. Sorry I didn’t reach out to you, but I doubt we would’ve come to an understanding. Thankfully my workplace is willing to resolve any problems from customers.

Hours posted online say 8pm, door also said 8pm. Well that was a lie, the door was closed and locked. Got a nasty glare from the worker inside clearly still working. Was there at 7pm what a joke.

Great boutique for locally made goods. I remember this store having more variety before, but now seems to have a lot more art/wall-art. Regardless, I really like the foods/dishes section - I purchased some (finishing) salt last weekend, and it's been tasty so far. Will definitely visit again the next time I'm in banff!

Fabulous little store with many treasures. I had the place to myself and the abundance of locally made items, and wickedly awesome socks, helped me kick start my Christmas shopping. A must pop in and buy kinda place. Go to their door on Wolf Street for easy access.

This was the store we went back to twice and then i ordered something on line when i got home. This is a must visit when you are in Banff. Not a tourist trap just very nice items to take home or for gifts.

Great little shop with unique goods. Always something new - so I make sure to pop in when I visit the mountains. The staff really are excellent....not pushy, just friendly and professional.

When I used to live in the Bow Valley I loved popping into this store to look around or find gifts. I've since moved to BC but ended up online searching for a replacement necklace(it got lost) that I'd got my best friend a couple years back and remembered that Branches carried jewelry by the same maker. I went onto their website and had a look and was super excited to find the exact necklace I was looking for! It was shipped super fast and arrived in a cute little box and was carefully wrapped. I would definitely order from them online again and if you're in Banff it's absolutely worth a visit!TL:DR great online and in person experience, support small business!
