Poor service. Felt judged for my attire, which is a shame because I was going to purchase a jacket until the salesperson was dismissive. Asked if they had one in a certain size and they shrugged and said “probably not” without any sort of checking. Seemed reluctant to give information on the jackets.
I will instead buy one from the Vancouver location.

I am a visitor from hong kong. I bought a parka as a gift for my friend in calgary store and came for exchange in the banff store. Caroline is really helpful in helping to find the right style and size. Tho i didnt make the original purchase here, this is byfar the best shopping experience i ve had in canada! Thank you so much caroline for making things so easy and smooth. Will definitely come back again.

We were visiting Banff from New York for a couple of days and visited this store during that time. I forgot the name of the lady who assisted us, but she was very patient and helped my husband to try different styles and colors and gave us details about each of them. We thought that the flagship store at Calgary would be having more variety compared to the Banff downtown store, but we were wrong. This store also has quite a good amount of collection and very nice staff to assist. They also have Cold room which was temperature controlled and my husband tried 2-3 jackets and the lady adjusted the temperature as per his request to test the jackets. Quite helpful to pick the right one.

Caroline was so lovely who helped us choose a few jackets for me and my mom. we had lots of chances to look, try on, and get good feedback. she answered all our questions and really helped make the shopping experience go smoothly. hope to come back!
