“Our Hertz rental car, Chrysler Pacifica was excellent for 4 people with a fair bit of luggage. It was spacious and well appointed and great for our road trip from Vancouver to Banff via Vancouver Island, Whistler and Icefield parkway. Highly recommended. ?”

I rented my vehicle, with winter tires, at Edmonton Airport. Long after leaving Edmonton I discovered that the tires had “4 Seasons” written on them…. A quick Google search told me that these probably are not winter tires.
Avis Edmonton Airport suggested visiting a nearby outlet for a changeover so I went to the Banff outlet where Corey inspected the tires and pointed out an emblem that showed that they are in fact winter rated tires ( we have no such thing as a winter tire in Australia hence why I was clueless! ?).
Best of all, Corey at no time made me foolish for my mistake! ?”

We had a flat tyre issue and was able to change to a new car immediately to continue our trip. That's been a great help to us as we needed to head back to Calgary airport the next day, so waiting for 3 days to get the original tyre change was not a possible option for us.”
