Used Rogers the pop up phone company in the mall to get sims for data in canada and the store manager Nick was super friendly and helpful, gave us tips and advice about local excursions and activities as well as giving us a great deal on our sim cards. Better info from Nick than from the Banff information centre! Give Nick a raise ‼️

I’m from banff and cascade mall is my favorite place to go ? with the clean food court and very affordable small businesses shop.
The one thing that I am concern is the family washroom which as you can see in the image that the changing station for the babies are already over bend which is very dangerous, if you can change this would be better to avoid accidents.

Small mall near to downtown Banff. There are many stores for clothings and one electronic store. And they got a food center in the bottom floor

Small but decent food court. There a few good stores, with elevator access to all levels. No parking available on-site. Clean bathrooms. Disabled toilets.

This shopping centre was very quiet with lots of empty or closed shops. Great rest rooms. There were a couple of good venues in here such as the Brewhouse.

Clean and bright. Good prices at ardene on basics like socks, shoes, belts and some women's clothing. Decent affordable food options on the lower level of the mall.
