My man Liam needs a raise. Brought in 3 pairs of pants to get fixed up but was running to get them in before the store closes at 8. Been trying all summer but I live in Jasper so it's been a hectic few months so far. This upstanding human had me in passed closing to fill out the forms and get my info down.
I still owe you a beer if I'm back in town and see you again.

The nicest salespeople ever. Very well organized. So many choices. It will be hard to leave without buying something. Very cool Swedish outdoor clothing in so many unique colors!!!!

Great store with lovely staff. We were looking for a specific anorak and they were very helpful! They got it out of storage, answered all our questions and let us take our time. Only reason we didn’t buy it right there was that it was not in stock in the right size and we’re leaving tomorrow. Will order online instead. Thanks again for your help!

Excitement on my first trousers turned to disappointment. After wearing it just for three days the pocketknife (holster/pocket)metal button came off and left a hole on the the trousers . The store only offered repair . I was expecting a replacement, given the fact that I’ve only use it three times and it was still looking fresh and new(receipt was available) The way it looks after the repair was unsatisfactory. Handed to me without any explanation by three staff at the counter. It’s my third visit at the store and it was the the same vibe since the beginning.Fjall Raven’s promise that it will last forever?

Love the products. Always a fan of this shop… however, disappointed that the two staff (one blond-ish and one red curly hair)were chatting behind the counter and did not even acknowledge us for the five minutes while we were in the shop. Left the shop once but came back as our family member wanted their product. Again no greeting received. Once we approached for help, they were okay. We ended up shopping because of the great product although feeling discouraged spending that much money when there is zero service received. It was very quiet in the shop and there should not be any excuse for ignoring customers.

Magnificent products, expertly designed, great customer service. The line is expensive but the quality more than makes up for the cost. Once you start with the line, you will forever want to expand on the products they design.
