It’s your classic lulu store. I suppose it surprises me they didn’t have all the styles in all the sizes being one of their flagship stores in Banff. That’s ok, I saved 148 bucks because of it! 5 outta 5!

Went into the store this morning, I had an excited 8 year old looking to make her first purchase from Lululemon (with her own money, so a big deal for her!) Julia was absolutely fantastic. She was so patient with her and I am so pleased to have had her assist my daughter with her purchase. Big thank you to Julia!! You made it an extremely memorable experience for her.

I just had an excellent experience here at the lulu store in Banff. I'm actually here for an adventure elopement! Our photographers warned us it will be very cold in the morning and to bring warm layers for on our way to our lookout point. Trying to prepare ahead of time, I washed my favourite lulu puffer coat (Slush Hour Waterproof Parka) so my wedding dress would not get dirty. Unfortunately I had an issue with the wash (I'm not sure what happened) but although my coat came out clean, it smelled quite bad. I decided to bring it with me to Banff anyways because I need a warm coat for our elopement. I brought it here to the lulu in Banff to see if anything could be done and they chose to completely replace my coat! Thank you so much for doing so. I am grateful! I now feel comfortable and fully prepared for our winter adventure elopement :) For those who are considering a warm winter parka, I've actually purchased the Slush Hour parka twice because I've been so happy with it. Definitely recommend it for cold days and day-to-day wear! Thanks again!

Went to this store to get a whole new fit. Leggings, sweater, jacket and hat. My boyfriend is a first responder and they wouldn’t let me use his discount because “it wasn’t for him” yet we proceeded to just buy it all online with his discount. Front desk girl was super rude, probably shouldn’t turn away a sale next time.

I happened to be passing through Banff and decided to stop by the Lululemon store. The store is spotless, organized, and has a great vibe. But what really stood out was the service from Mercedes — she was absolutely amazing. Kind, helpful, collaborative, and genuinely empathetic. Such a wonderful experience thanks to her!

This is a huge location with more selection that a lot of the other stores, but I found the size availability disappointing. The store workers were nice

Amazing staff! They were out there helping and having a cheerful energy, throughout my shopping time I interacted with almost 4-5 them and they were all amazing and had great product knowledge.

Went into the store with my wife on a weekday, no one tried to help us even though I asked two staff questions about men’s wear, they stated they would be right back and never returned, however my wife found the leggings she wanted and when at checkout the staff allowed a woman to skip us because she was throwing a fit about “available sizes”. I brushed it off as the classic tourist attitude and not the staff’s fault. However when it was our turn to checkout the manager was helping a new staff member learn how to run the register. I gave my information and asked if my first responder discount was active and the manager interrupted the new girl and said “yeah it’s there, are these leggings for you?” I stated “no it’s for my wife, I always come in with her to make sure she gets the discount” the manager laughed and said “well unless they are for you, you can’t get the discount which obviously these aren’t for you”.
I calmly stated “I come in every time, for years now and it’s never been an issue, but if you don’t want to give the discount it’s fine” she rolled her eyes at us and stated “just this one time, I’ll give it to you”. While I appreciate her honoring it, her snarky attitude and the way she interacted with us when discussing the discount was off putting. Hopefully it was just a bad day and she isn’t snarky and off putting every day.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Lululemon store in Banff, thanks to Quentin! Their customer service was exceptional—super friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who makes shopping such a pleasant experience, and Quentin absolutely nailed it. Big thanks to the team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
