Did my first online order and likely due to the cold, one of the pumps on my soap had broken off during transit/delivery. I gave RMSC a call and they were quick with a resolution of sending me some extra pumps and a small gift for my patience. Very much appreciated and can't wait to use all my products as they all smell so good!

love their product and will continue to support local, but not the staff that worked here. She made the shopping experience subpar at best - next time we will just buy them online lol. the subtle but condescending way to treat your customer is just not right. I guess you don't gain commission on each sale so you don't need to make an effort to explain your product or provide any useful assistance.

Local Albertan company that makes premium soap, bath bombs, skincare products, etc. I especially like their bath bombs. If you have a bit of money to splurge on their products (or just enjoy taking baths/self care R&R) I recommend purchasing their items.
Store is well laid out and has testers to try out too. Staff are polite and friendly as well.

I stayed in the Hotel Canoe and they are using Rocky Mountain Soap. When we went downtown I saw the physical store and grabbed some body butter. Love the scent and I love that it is made all natural. Although a bit on the pricey side. Hopefully they will also have balm perfume in the future.

Stopped by to pickup some soaps after using them in one of the local lodges. Service was very friendly as I shopped all their different products. They have everything from bath soaps (bar & liquid), hand soaps, body creams, lotion bars, etc... in many different scents and sizes.
I almost limited myself to a few non-liquid items since I was flying back home. However, they informed me of free international shipping after X amount. Employee was very helpful in ringing up my order, creating my account, gathering my shipping info, and assuring me it would be shipped right away. Sure enough, within a week, I received all my items safely packed up. This was very helpful as they know many visitors are from out of country. Nice selection of soaps and creams with friendly customer service to help you.

I'm not a fancy soap guy. At all. But my hotel in Canmore had their Lemongrass Foaming Wash in the bathroom and I couldn't get enough of the scent. Went to the store and ended up buying a bunch of stuff. Love these products. Also, Melanie (who is awesome) in the Banff store was very helpful in shipping everything to my home (free shipping, by the way), since I can't take that volume of liquid in my carry-on. I guess I'm now a fancy soap guy.....

It seems as if every hotel in Calgary utilizes Rocky Mountain Soap, so we decided to check this place out.
We got a complimentary hand scrub, tried out their sunscreen and their lotions, and understand why this company is so popular.
We also learned that there is a store in Toronto, so looking forward to purchasing items post our West Coast travels.

This is an awesome shop. It is used in many hotels in the area, and has great products all around. From scented soaps to lotion and sunscreen, this store has many different products that are very high quality. Definitely worth trying out things at this store!
