Came to get a SIM card that included data and hot spot. He showed me some options and when I asked if they included hot spot, he said no. We paid for the plan but later we realized there were other plans available with Hotspot. We weren't able to get a refund or add-on hotspot to the plan we bought. It would've been nice if they directed us to plans with hotspot after we asked them. One star.

I want to congratulate Zishan on his fantastic work and top-notch customer service. I experienced a problem with my prepaid plan a few days ago. As I'm new in the country and was expecting an important phone call, I went to the Banff Roger's in the hopes that they might fix it. Five minutes before the store closed, I arrived, and Zishan was really helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond, and thanks to him, I received assistance and my situation was handled.
