Had a horrible interaction where the petite employee who was working the “Banff” section of clothing today had decided me and my wife were not good enough to wear roots clothing. She was snappy and irritable when we were just politely asking for pricing (we were only doing that as we didn’t want to mess up the area she was folding). Completely unprofessional and it upset my wife. If you don’t like working in a job where you have to interact with people I recommend you find a different job.

A Shout out to the staff who helped me out that night even i didnt buy anything, my boy was injured outside the shop but he was so kind and took us to the nearest hospital ,sorry i forgot to ask your name and i hope to visit the shop again

Very friendly staffs. They helped us to get the hoodies in right size. A lot of t-shirts and hoodies are made from organic cotton.

We were shopping at Roots yesterday. We are locals and had absolutely amazing service from Kate. There was a shirt I was looking for in a particular size.. I was happy to order online, but she said let me do it for you. :) she was so welcoming, and so happy to help you have a superstar of an employee there. Thank you, Kate!

I used to like Roots a lot. But today I found one of the sweater which I only worn couple times and washed once pilling seriously, and the pill sticks everywhere with my other cloths. I went to the shop and ask if there's anything I did wrong to it. The staff said the only thing she can tell me is to wash it in laundry bag with cold water and flat dry, which I've told her I did. I asked her what can I do with this one which is already pilling badly? just throw it away and never buy your sweater again? and she said yes If you like.I have to say the customer service and cloth quality was too disappointing for such a famous brand. That's all.

Did I just buy my new favorite shirt here?!? When I'm traveling, I like to get souvenirs that if you know, you know.
