terrible coffee, what do they mix it with? fried acorns? I don't recommend trying this. managers should check the quality of the drinks your workers make.

She wouldn't give me the $2 I won on the lottery because she already did her cash out. Current time 2pm Wednesday. If you would have asked me if it's okay that's one thing but just to refuse my change. Sorry but you get a bad review now. DO BETTER. GET OFF THE PHONE. DO YOUR JOB

girl who’s working in evening shift is very busy on phone ,i think i am disturbing her . i need a smoke , i tell her 4 times name of smoke still she not understand. not only this , she also charge more money for gas i give her $40 dollar and she give me $30 gas and when i came back to store and then she start abusing me and threatened me for calling cop as i did mistake but when she check i am right and she wrong . crazy staff . not recommended , i think her name is parjot or harjot it end by jot

I was there today to grab a sunscreen. After paying for it, I saw on the table by the cashier that they were also selling a higher spf brand. I then asked the cashier (Manjo??) to change my initial purchase. She just nodded no. I said how come? She just says that it’s their company rules. I showed her the consumer rights protection of Alberta on my phone and she insists that Alberta has nothing to do with their company rules. How is this a thing? In Banff??? You have to let your employees know how the law works and how to be nicer to people especially that you are in a prime spot!

Went in for a coffee, cashier was incredibly condescending and rude for no reason and wouldn’t let me pay unless it was cash. I noticed the customers behind me bought a whole bunch of stuff and paid by card, so a bit suss. Went across the road to the other gas station instead, much nicer staff.
